7 minutes on hold and get hung up, 20 minutes later the "branch manager" calls to tell me that didn't happen!

For the second time this month I have not been able to access my funds. Before I cashed a large check last week, I asked if I could access the funds upon the check clearing. I was assured that I could with a 24 hour notice. Well, after waiting a week or the check to clear, and me calling to give my notice, I was told that I would have to wait another week for me to actually get my money. This is not good practice and I am losing money not being able to access my funds. They said for $10 I can get a cashiers check! For $10 I can access my funds so I can go to another bank and get my money. LOL I will just do business where I have other accounts and they can fulfill my needs. Thanks for the 15 years of borderline acceptable service. I should have left years ago, but now I have the clarity to see you guys suck! This is the second time this month, I’ve tried to withdraw my money and you were not able to perform.

Worst bank that I’ve ever had to deal with. Teller literally threw the check at me because I decided to cash my check somewhere else. Never had any issues with a bank before.

Banks are all pretty much the same, because they all perform the same function. They act as repository for your money, and then lend it out to others, and then they pay you a little bit of interest. If you are lucky. They also provide checking services, self tificate some deposit, make loans, and mortgages, and lots of other things. If you're looking for a good bank, find one with a down-home friendly fuel to it or people are willing to work with you and treat you like a person.
