“I go to Williams because the entire staff is friendly and polite. The store is clean. When I have trouble finding an item the staff will take you to the item. They actually bag and take the items to your car. Most important they don't expect me to be a free employee and check myself out. I don't get stopped at the door so an employee can check my receipts and verify that I paid for the items I got. Williams is a friendly neighborhood store. The maybe more pricy on some items but they have great sales and digital coupons every week. The staff will check the backroom if the shelf is out of the item for you.”
“They were some of the most polite people I had encountered since I've been here! I was greeted at the door by an associate who was actually on her way out and moving forward throughout the door every associate smiled rather they were helping me or not! Yes it is one of the older homelands I've been to but maybe that makes a difference to the humble nature I encountered. I appreciate the visit greatly the customer service is commendably exceptional for what I've experienced in Oklahoma thus far. Thank you”

“Didn’t have any issues at this location. I was able to find everything I needed and checkout went smoothly. I haven’t been to a Dollar General in a while and all I needed was a temporary litter scooper, I found it super fast and it worked great. I was also pleasantly surprised by how big the store was!”
“The new manager is keeping the place at least picked up . It may not be possible to keep it picked up when Christmas hits but for now it looks like a well organized store that would be common in the 1990s. Rather than a chaotic mess with a bunch of totes everywhere, at least at this moment when I just went in.”
