This location has very rude customer service skills. I went into the loves location to get some ice for a small lunch box and a bigger blonde lady came out the back and directly said my name "Sam, you cannot do that!" I think a simple, ma'am, unfortunately we no longer offer free ice with your own containers brought in. Instead, I was greeted with very rude behavior. Keep in mind this place use to offer free ice for small containers, so I was not aware of the new policy they had in place. After she had said that I asked if she was talking to me, because I didn't know if they had someone named Sam working there, and instead of answering me, she had put a hand up to me to shush me instead. She was most definitely were talking to me though, while on her radio she looked at me and said to the other lady on the other side "charge her for a bag of ice" and then just walked away. As I was walking out I asked the cashier if she was talking to me about the ice cause I still was confused and she told me yeah, so I told her I LITERALLY used 2 maybe 3 cups of ice to keep my 3 bottles of water for work. She didn't say anything but stare, I told her that I would just instead pour out 3 cups worth of ice and I had a little to begin with and I would not pour it all out. She looked at me with attitude and said "Go ahead then" so I went and poured the little ice I had gotten out. I called the next nearest Loves to this store and let them know of the down right rude customer service, I was told that they recommended just bringing in a HUGE thermos of my own next time and just filling it up instead so maybe they wouldn't be so fussy. The experience was not about if I needed to pay for the ice or not, it was about how the entire situation was handled. I felt ignored by the employee, and extremely humiliated as other customers watched me go pour my ice out.

This location STOLE MY CREDIT CARD info while traveling on a road trip. I stopped here used the restroom and got a bottled water. And two weeks later and charge of 175.00 was ATTEMPTED! I keep my cards locked and only used cash or cash app card because of things like this. Pics attached of me on the of traveling using the card and then today May 30th someone at Loves attempting to steal 175 bucks I am posting this just to warn others to be careful using your card here.

No good on the rollers, no food in the boxes, no food in the cold food grab and go box, no hot coffee, when asked the guy working why the rollers are empty his response was if I don’t wanna put it out I don’t have to plus I’m the only one working tonight so I’m shutting down the stations that don’t need to be open”

This location never has any printer paper at the gas pumps. Lots of time few pumps are not working either. I use it for work because of the location but if I have a choice I try not to.
