Do business with them at your own risk. Apparently, reservations have a different definition here. Even after being promised a car, showed up, and then after getting there resigning on the car they told us would be there. They don't care if you have commitments.

I reserved a car 4 days in advance, and when I took off work to drop my car at the body shop, they DID NOT have it. They said, "Someone may drop one off today. She's going to call around 1pm, and if she does, then I'll call you." I NEVER got a call. Even after I called Christopher, a manager in Lawton, he NEVER returned my call. They are a bunch of young people who don't know how customer service works, in my dealings, or rather NON dealings with them.

I rent cars from here consistently for my job and the manager Rodney has always been great. Would highly recommend.

I was in a car accident Sunday had my insurance send an order to enterprise for Monday morning to pick up a vehicle, my insurance explained to me that they should have vehicles available and ready and all I would have to do is go up there and get my vehicle or call them to come pick me up. When my mother drove by enterprise that next morning she saw that they had 4 vehicles in their parking lot at 6:30am, when I called at 8 am that morning, when they opened. They informed me that I would not be able to get a rental vehicle until the very next day at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and then hung up on me only to call me back the next day at 8 AM to say we have an appointment ready for you at 1 o'clock, so I canceled. Because Hurtz in Norman thankfully already had me in a vehicle the same day, missed days of work and could have loss my job. Not reliable.

Had a rental fully paid by insurance due to car being in the shop. Went to drop off and the customer rep forced me to pay because the agreement they had with insurance was off by a day. The only guy working that day never answered the phone when I called. His reason was the only person at the location. The guy was very unprofessional. You could tell customers are his least priority. When I refused to pay he insisted he would run the card on file, when I told him he wasn’t authorized he told me to contact my insurance and kicked me off the location. I will never deal with this company again. Needless to say my insurance has got me a different rental company to go through due to the unprofessionalism this guy displayed.

I made my reservation online a few days ahead of my trip. I spoke with Rodney Young, the Branch Rental Manager, the day before I arrived as the availability online seemed slim. Rodney assured me that my car would be ready on my arrival. It was. A beautiful low mileage car was ready to go when I arrived. Rodney was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and courteous. Check out and return a week later was uneventful. Best auto rental ever.

What a joke... went on the website to prepare for a rental car for the middle of next month. Tried 5 different pick up days with multiple pick up times trying to be as flexible as I possibly can... didn't even specify a certain type of car, I'd take anything they had. "sold out" on every day and time I tried. Do you not have cars to rent?EDIT: the response I get refers to me as Ms. Garrett. I get it, Alex is a unisex name but I'd say 90% of Alex's are male. Not to mention, I have a profile picture. Please hire more observant people to be responsible for customer communication.

Called them many times for months asking if they had a car they always said they'd call me back and never did. If you want to be taken seriously go somewhere else.

Johnna is awesome, very helpful and patient while I had to call my bank for my deposit. Very easy transaction, would recommend this office.Easy to find, easy parking, she is fast and courteous, very helpful!The price was reasonable considering I gave Enterprise one day's notice.Got my deposit back, had no issues with the rental car, very happy with their customer service.
