This morning I had the most positive experience I've EVER had at any auto shop over any problem! These ppl are nice, courteous, and very professional. I've had a few windshields replaced by different places but will never go anywhere but here again. They took care of me quickly and for much less money than all other shops were asking. I truly wish I could give them an extra star or 2! I would like to thank them so very much.

We had a wonderful experience with Downey & Son Glass. They replaced a windshield and sun roof glass for us. They helped us thru the whole process and did a great job. They got us right in and out and back on the road after hailstorm damage. Highly recommend!!

I called and spoke with someone, told them what I needed done. I was told they would do the work for me. Never heard anything back, I called back everyday for four days in a row. Got told the same thing, never once did I get a return call, and the job never got done.

My windshield lasted 1 day. Literally. 1 day. Huge crack after one day. Even if a rock hit it you would think if good products are being used this wouldn’t happen after 1 rock impact. Poor quality productsService: Glass installation
