The service from Travis, manager in training, was excellent. He was very welcoming and thrilled about helping me find anything I needed. He is an asset to the store. Thank you for hiring him. Will definitely be back again.

They get a ZERO! This pharmacy has the most arrogant, hateful and condescending people running it! They think they can do what they want with your scripts, changing them as they please AND not how your DR prescribes, then charge you 10times what it would be with your insurance BCAUSE the insurance won’t cover it when they change it. Then deny filling urgent script for sick elderly! Totally disgraceful and I sure hope people treat your grandmother better than you treat the elderly customers!

Pharmacy is super rude. Went for a flu shot and pretty much was told to go away. Walgreens is where I’m at now and so much nicer people. I don’t mind waiting.

If you make an appointment for the COVID vaccine on the app that asks for a DOB that shows a person is under 18, then obviously they got the Pfizer vaccine. Why allow it to schedule the vaccine if you don't have it? I get there and you tell us all you have is Moderna and that's for 18 and over. That's ridiculous. What's the app questionnaire for??

I'm just not impressed with the store/pharmacy. Prices are high. Pharmacy closes early. Associates are not the friendliest. I've been here a handle full of times, each time thinking they're having a bad day, it will be better next time. It is just not ever better. As I customer, I always feel rushed, almost like you're a burden on them. I'm going to check into going to another pharmacy. If this pharmacy works for you great. But just my personal experiences has been disappointing.

Decided to walk in for my second Pfizer dose today they advertise walk ins welcome right at the front door. But I guess the pharmacist was upset due to two walk ins he told me they don’t offer the Pfizer doses which they also advertise right when you walk in! I was turned away! Thanks to Walgreens for always coming in clutch and not having rude pharmacist

Advertised free flu shots. Arrived and then they asked for my insurance card. They do not accept Blue Cross Blue shield, so I ended up just paying cash. They are not free...

My husband and I picked up his prescription the clerk named Ashley was so rude. She acted like it was a hassle to wait on us. She asked my husband his birthdate and last name 3 times. She needs help with customer service or not do customer service.

Was hing up on by Mgr Mike and he also refused to provide the information requested.I called back and was placed on hold then hing up on once call picked up and I introduced myself. It appears tgey may have caller ID as zi continued to call and they woyld pick up and immediately hang up without even saying hello.I was calling to ask about the Money Gram services and for a number. I am appaked that a store who has already undergone issues with pharmacy techs stealing opiates, would not wirk extra hard to provide good service. I am calling Corporate as well as Better Business Bureau and posting on local community page about my loor experience. Word of mouth travels fast and can be your best or worst advertising.
