One thing about a Casey’s. It’s gonna be dirty as hell. From the parking lot. To the restrooms, how does a hands free paper towel dispenser that is empty by the way, get filthy? ITS HANDS FREE! Why build a million dollar facility, that you are not going to keep clean? Why not keep the old store building that was here. Just dirty that one up!

10:30 am there wasn’t any toilet paper in the women’s or men’s restrooms. No napkins near the register. Probably won’t stop at this store again.

The locks to the women’s restroom were completely dismantled, so none of the stalls locked. you can’t see that from the inside of the stall, though. i sat down after thinking i had locked the stall, only to look up to the door open.

On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, I went online and ordered a pizza and sandwich around 1:30 pm. My order was confirmed so I headed over to fuel up and pick up my order. Not only were the fuel pumps all closed, when I got inside to pick up my order, I was told they didn't have my order. Then someone came over and said the printers were not working. As this was happening, another customer could not find and large cup lids. This store is new but something or someone is not taking care of business. I did notice up to six employees in varying stages of activity but none seemed to be in charge. Obviously, I was not impressed with these events and I hope this is not standard operations for a business that has several competitors.

There's never any donuts even at 7:30 in the morning. I'm also disappointed that it closes earlier than any of the other gas stations, which I feel is a missed opportunity as there is no 24 hour gas station on that side of Chickasha
