They came and picked me up from the air port .. much appreciated.. then found a flaw on test drive ..they fixed it.. and it took a while to fix… so they gave me free lunch and a courtesy vehicle while I waited…super nice people

The purchasing process was fairly quick and simple. I don’t think the detail person paid much attention to his job. The glas was all water spotting and the was a large white sticker left on the right side of the front bumper. Someone tried to remove it but didn’t finish it.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership with Charles Allen and their whole team! From starting with Kyle as my salesman to finance, meeting the manager Michael and Jim Allen! It was amazing from start to finish and not only would I recommend them to anyone else, I will not buy anywhere else! They are kind, respectful, full of personality and care about their customers and you can truly tell that by their actions.

I have tried multiple times to do business with the service and /or parts department. They are about as friendly as a rattlesnakes. I guess Ford doesn't stand by their batteries. They say right on the battery 0-36 months replacement and 37-100 months pro-rated. The batteries are dated 6/20 making them 50 months old. The batteries are in a pickup that I purchased used in 2020. Granted from another dealer as I bought it used. I did check at Charles Allen they did not have one at the time. But parts are parts, right? You can go to any Napa or O'Reilly's or Interstate battery. Guess Charles Allen is different. This will be the last time I try them.

Purchased a car earlier this week and the experience was outstanding. No pressure, no issues. Took less time to close the sale than having lunch here in Chickasha.
