Henry KalidyCDJR plays with people's emotions! I told him of my only supporter, my mother passed away who was helping me recover from a Domestic Violence situations, yes multiple he gave no condolences and only cared about how much a down payment I have giving me hope of getting a vehicle inviting me to test drive a vehicle. I even asked him first if I was not approved for the cheapest vehicle they had, he gave me false hope. After a long day of texting and speaking all day he doesn't approve my application cause my money apparently wasn't to his liking to offer me anything. Beware of sales volatile people like him and Kalidy dealerships

We found the vehicle we wanted online and were willing to drive about an hour to get a good deal. Upon our arrival, we were greeted immediately and test drove the vehicle. Everyone from the salesman to the manager to the finance person was courteous, approachable, respectful, and upfront. No one was pushy. After finalizing the deal, we also met the owner, and found out that Barry Sanders is co-owner of this business. Overall, we had a great experience and are very pleased with our purchase.

Love Love LOVE my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!! I wanted a car that is fun and Bill Altstatt not only delivered but he also custom designed her for me ♥️ As with many blessings there were a few hiccups due to shipping issues but they made it right and made me a very happy customer. This 1 star is 0 stars. You want to piss somebody off then take down they're social security number and continue running they're credit for every car on the lot, after being told NOT INTERESTED! I had to dispute 13 inquiries after giving consent to run my credit for ONE truck with bumper damage which I was denied for lol. Still they blew my phone up all day while I'm at work for 3 days and set an appointment time to test drive a car I clearly said once I didn't want.
The desperation from the salesman/managers is crazy I'd walk before coming here for anything and yes I reported fraud as It was badly needed to get them to know stop playing with me and my information. Get your vehicle from anywhere but a dealership idc if someone recommends you do. DON'T! Once you use my ssc without my consent MULTIPLE TIMES at that, I will never take anything you approve me for because of the deceitfulness.

Please be careful in working with this dealership. I inquired about lowering the price of a vehicle and the sales representative spoke with the finance manger and they proposed reflecting a price on the bill of sale so I could take advantage of the EV tax vehicle but I would need to give the dealership additional funding "off the books" because the vehicle would be ultimately sold for more than the price on the bill of sale. When I attempted to negotiate the overall price downward, the sales representative screamed at me and she hung up the phone. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and poor business practices. I also submitted a report to federal authorities regarding intent to commit fraud. Please take the necessary steps to protect yourself.

I have never had a great experience buying a car in the past, but this was great. Everyone was so nice. They drove 45 minutes to come pick me so I wouldn’t have two cars there. They also gave me a bicycle and stuffed animals for my kids. You don’t get great customer service like that at any other dealership. They go above and beyond. Cliff is the best and all the other staff made me feel so welcome. I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in a while and definitely never had fun buying a car before. I absolutely love my Audi!!! Thank you so much!!!

Buyer Beware! I checked price on Pickup on Friday Before Christmas. Price was also posted on website! Waited till today after Christmas and they n opened back up to purchase. Called before leaving house to purchase to see if they were any new year sale events going on. Sales manager raised price $7000 from Friday to Tuesday! PRICE was still was still posted after Sales Manager gave me new price. Told me there's no way I'm going to buy that truck for posted price. That price on website would be changed tomorrow. Not the same sales service as Johnsons. Beware!!!!!
