I made an appointment 3 weeks out for an alignment on their request because they were busy, no problem. I told her it was for a motorhome, she ask the type and went out to the shop and asked about it, she came back and says "no problem". I call on Friday before the Monday appointment to double check we are still good since it's a 1 1/2 drive, once again I'm told "no problem". I show up this morning at my appointment time 8:00am, after a bit someone asks if I can be helped, I told him I was there for my alignment appointment on my motorhome, he asked what kind, I tell him and he says they can't do it. After a couple minutes of explaining how I called and was told they could he simply says they told you wrong on the phone, instead of any kind of apology for the mix up he starts to offer another shop that "might be able to help me out" I just take my keys and leave. I was in automotive management for 30 years and this just wasn't how we did business, while Bates may in fact be a great truck repair shop, their management and people skills are terrible!!! I had to give them 1 star to post this or it would have been none!!!

Terrible service. Took my truck in for a air leak, and a power steering pump. A 1 day job, if that and it has been a week since I dropped my truck off, after they said they could finish it up the day I dropped it off. I have called and they won’t tell me any info. Will never use them again!!!!
