Absolute horrible service and people!! Liars and cheaters who take advantage of you when you are in the worst situation in your life! My husband had a motorcycle wreck and was in Trauma ICU fighting for his life! They lied to me and said OHP had a hold on his bike so we couldn’t pick it up. Which was not true! They changed their story the next day and and said my father-in-law couldn’t pick up the bike because it had to be my husband. He had the title! All these lies to get more storage money!! ? They even tried to drag my husbands motorcycle up on the wrecker and damage it more than the wreck had done. Thankful for those friends who were there that didn’t allow them too!They charged us 4 days of storage when they only had the bike 2 1/2 days! These people are very unprofessional!! Definitely do NOT recommend! I wouldn’t have even clicked one star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review!Service: Motorcycle towing

GM roadside assistance contractor for them to pick up my truck and they insisted on getting paid upfront when it's GM's policy to pay after work is done so they know how much to pay the service didn't bother to let me know the customer that they weren't gonna show up so I sat for an extra hour waiting for the past when they were supposed to show up and they already made a decision not to show up the very least they could've done was let somebody know General Motors roadside assistance was also not notified they failed me When I called this business and asked what their status was they set up nope we're just sitting here the car didn't go through but they were unaware that they're supposed to do the work first they did not even contact me and ask me to pay upfront and then charge general motors and then give me back my money I would've certainly done that to get my vehicle towed shame on them bad business practice

They tried they're best to prevent my son from recovering his car (2004 mustang gt) from impound...They TOLD him they wanted the car...I hope I never have to return to this Salvage yard in LIFE. They charge 1.00 per minute for after hours service..lol
