“There was only one mechanic and he was three to four weeks behind on repairs because he was so busy. I had a blown coolant hose and I asked him if he would at least replace that just so I could be on my way. And he did. Plus he found a few other problems left over from another repaired that went bad. But I will attack the other shop that did not complete the job separately. But this shop that replaced my common hose was top notch A1 100% perfect. I can see why so many people are bringing their vehicles here because he knows what he is doing. Chickasha Auto and Diesel repair are second to none. And in my book that is number one. This man knows what he's doing that is why he has so many customers. He helped me get underway in a very short time and I will never forget that. I have other problems with my truck and I understand he did not have time for those but he did take care of the one problem they kept me on the road. If anyone knows of good mechanics please send them his way because he needs help because people around that area trust him to take care of their vehicles but he is only one man that is why he is three to four weeks behind. I don't come this way often but if I do again I need something I promise you I will come here. I trust him and I trust his work. What else can I say except he is number one in my book.”

“Had my vehicle in their service department since November of last year because parts were “on back order”. I was out of a vehicle for the entire time. All they could do was give me a rental car for 3 days out of that entire decade. Finally got the vehicle back a week or so ago and parts that hold the hood stand in place under the hood were broken making it so the hood stand just sort of rests on top of the engine block. Back reversal camera was covered in grease which was a pain to clean, and my right passenger tire makes a crunching noise like something is caught in the tire every time I brake. I’d ask if they’d remedy these things but unfortunately I need something done now, not 5 months from now and I don’t want something else in the vehicle to mess up. Last Ford vehicle I’ll own. Was a lemon from the start…UPDATE: Charles Allen Ford reached out the same day this review was posted and remedied the problems I had listed. Repairs to everything were made quickly and efficiently. I appreciate everything they did for me and how quickly it was done. Amazing customer service!”
