I don't interact with them a whole bunch, it is the wife that deals with them, but the times I do go in, they are done of the friendliest folks around.

Kira is one of the most helpful and pleasantest person you can have dealing with any of your banking issues at the teller line.Taking the time to make sure all needs are met with a great attitude.All our experiences with the whole branch are positive.

At this point I'm trying to remember anything that I've ever felt successful or pleased with at Arvest. This day particularly was annoying, and it just got me thinking I can't remember any thing I've ever felt really good about after dealing with them. I can specifically name 3 major crossroads in my life that Arvest failed me and another financial institution covered without difficulty. There's a 4th minor incident of failure covered by someone else in just absolute minutes last year. Today was was an absolute failure of fraud protection. Don't believe the marketing or salesmanship on fraud protection.

If you want a bank that truly cares about you and have a personal relationship and just not a account number. Please get you a account at arvest in Chickasha ok. Make sure you get Amber she will treat you rights nd make you feel like a family.?

Worst banking practices! I opened up an account with Community Bank of Oklahoma because they charged me a fee to cash my personal paycheck because I don't have a arvest account. Arvest you are the worst!

Chose 1 start because there’s no option for 0 stars! The Customer Service Center needs to actually listen to their “recorded for training purposes” calls and fire some people! I called in to ask why my paychecks keep getting a hold placed on them. I was told that they put a 72hr hold on every check, even Arvest checks, no matter how many times it comes from the same company. I told the guy, that won’t work for me so I’ll most likely be moving to a different bank and the MF HUNG UP ON ME!! I had never heard good things about Arvest but I figured I’d try it for myself and see.. Now I believe all of what I’ve heard! Arvest is a HORRIBLE place to bank!!

I went in to cash a printed check from an Arvest customer, my photo ID matched the address and name on the check perfectly. I was then told very rudely “I need another form of ID and 5 dollars” I’ve never heard of a bank charging to cash a check as long as one party banks at said bank. And I wasn’t expecting to need a passport to cash a check.
