Awful service. Not impressed. The driver always leaves stuff in the can instead of dumping it. He is just lazy only grabs the bags off the top and leaves the rest period when I call to talk to someone about that as well as my bill that makes no sense nobody answers the phone. I highly recommend that if you have any other options you go with somebody else

They seem to always forget to come by when we changed to every other week. Cost didn’t change either. You don’t get reimbursed for none pick-ups either. Never even close to the same pick-up time In the day either like John’s was. It might be late morning or late afternoon and sometimes too late for them to even show up on that day.

*edit, the owner replied and I messaged and they promised to make it right and fix it and still no refund*Had great service when it was John's. Once CARDS took over it went downhill fast. They forgot my house at least 3 times, I switched to a different local company in December and just found that cards tried to charge me for another 3 months. I've called and emailed and gotten zero answers. Please do not use this company!

I was never given notice about company changing hands.Paid for January service never got 1 pickup! My first pick-up was February 1st . So I am thinking you owe me for the month of February.???!!!

What a horrible company!! Do not do business with them!We were with Johns for several years and I always paid by the year. I paid every March and John would give me a free month for paying yearly.I received a email the first of January saying that I owed $43 and had $15 late fee. After calling the office and trying to explain to them they took off the $15 late fee but still demanded that I owed $43. I paid the $43 and told them to cancel my account.My trash wasn’t due until April.I have started with a new company called Pryor trash and paid a year ? so I’m hoping that this one works out.This is a really unethical way to run a company.

Less than one star if possible. Never received notification abou the change in ownership from Johns. What we DO receive in the mail is notifications of price increases tho!! 2 so far. Those come just fine. Had Johns Refuse for 15 years. Never ever one problem with billing or trash pick up. Just a couple months with a much larger company, multiple problems. "Trash Day" is irrelevant. It could be any day they choose. Our driveway is 1/4 mile long. When should we take our barrel to the road? Monday is our scheduled day. Week after week after week...it might be Wednesday, might be Thursday. OR multiple times no pick up at all. So, our trash piles up, and piles up some.more. This is a Friday, and our barrell was never picked up. It has been at the road packed full and now other bags around it. I have called, and sent emails. Don't bother trying to talk to Johns office in Chelsea. They sing the praises of Cards...and refer you to contact corporate in Arkansas. We will not pay another penny to Cards. Moving our business to one of the several other options we have for rural trash service. Which we have already received prices from and ALL 3 are much cheaper than Cards. Rural trash customers...call aand get quotes from.other haulers. Most areas have multiple options. Don't let Johns and Cards continue to rob you of your money and then not provide the service you paid for. They don't care!

If there was a lower rating. I would give this company a lower rating than 1 star! We were John's Refuse customers. We paid yearly. We were not notified of the change to Cards until we got a bill for a balance for the year we had already paid to John's. Cards said we owed the difference because we chose to pay yearly, but if we had been billed for the year we would not have had to pay it. That doesn't even make sense! That is not ethical business practices. We decided to cancel service at the end of January. I called two days into the month and was told that we would be charged for the month of January and then our account would be canceled. I was told to pay the bill online, but I could not change the charge (for the quarter). After informing the person I was talking to, she said her supervisor would have to change the amount. She told me to check back in a couple of days. After checking every few days I decided to call again. I was then told we had to pay the whole amount. They said if service was canceled anytime within the quarter, they charged the whole amount. After explaining what the first person had told me, she said that was not what I was told (in essence telling me I was lying)! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I couldn't. After insisting several times I finally got her supervisor (I am assuming she was a supervisor). I was again told it was company policy to pay the whole amount. I asked why their policy was not on the website. She couldn't tell me. We were never informed of the change from John's Refuse and have never signed an agreement with Cards. We were never informed of the company's quarterly billing policy. I was told that if I didn't pay the whole amount they would send the remainder to collections. The trash truck men picked up our can, even though we were supposed to have service until the end of the month. This is an unethical company. It would seem that extortion is their policy.

This is one of the WORST companies I've ever worked with.All they do is scam and the people who know it's a scam they try to extort them for as much as possible. I know this from experience. Please do not use this company. It may be the "cheapest" if you are planning short term but if you're planning for the future DO NOT I repeatDO NOT use this company. Worst service / location in the country. The lady that interns as a secretary when they do answer the phone is simply a liar.Their “Supervisor” is a complete joke.Pryor Waste now has our business.

If there was a score lower then 1 star I'd give that...when John's had it at least their billing was consistent but after the buy out I went months with out any notification that they'd been bought out then a bill arrived that was 4 times the amount I'd been paying and they'd been cashing the auto payments but not crediting the account. We spent a hour on the phone said that I need to pay quarterly and I set that up the money went out and then I get a late fee on my account. Call them and they are clueless in Chelsea say everything is handled in Arkansas they don't know anything either...I'm Changing to Pryor Waste and I am going to get everyone on my road "Private" BTW to switch don't want to see the "CARDS" truck anymore. They need to stay in Arkansas.

They just pick and choose when they want to come, and sometimes just don't come at all. The new company is awful. I recommend anyone else. I've tried calling, like the others I've had no luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone.
