  They seem to always forget to come by when we changed to every other week. Cost didn’t change either. You don’t get reimbursed for none pick-ups either. Never even close to the same pick-up time In the day either like John’s was. It might be late morning or late afternoon and sometimes too late for them to even show... read full comment

  Had great service when it was John's and when Cards first took over. Not so much now. I have a dumpster that gets picked up every other Monday. It's later every time (when they do pick up) Office phone is never answered and always a full voice box so you can't leave message.

  Not to bad if you don’t mind calling them once a week to remind them to pick your trash up.
