Apparently us cellular has got out of its nice stage again they have charged me $20.00 even tho I offer them cash up front when I discovered that my pension check had been mistakenly returned to its issuer I offered to pay cash immediately this is an unfair action they are treating people unfairly and this is one more time they had drop the ball on customer relations we are human not ai people watch how they charge you on your bill

They love to argue with customers and have to call someone not even customer service and ask questions. This store personally made me switch phone companies. Twice they have done me wrong in the past few months. The girls in this store need better knowledge of their job!

Sign on door says new manager I guess that would be the little smarta$$ dumpling that works there with the blabbering mouth that can't wait on customers for talking back and forth to each other. U S cellular needs to make a do over at this store

I went to this store about a week ago, talked to Baileigh about the problem i had with my phone, she got in touch with the people on the phone, then today went there to speak to her and got everything done, she was great getting the phone done so i could go out of state and not have a problem calling here.
