“I got a lazy boy recliner for a gift from my son and his wife after I had major back surgery . I loved the recliner but 3 years later a spring popped thru back of chair . I called Colman’s and he sent out a pair delivery guys to pick up recliner . They took it back to store . Bill Colman contacted lazy boy company and they sent replacement back for my chair today Colman deliver guy was back putting on my new chair back and taking old back back to be destroyed . Oh I’m so thankful to lazy boy and Colman’s furniture for taking care of my repair on recliner . Thank you both !”
