Had a rattle sound coming from my car that made me stop in, and these wonderful people had me in and out in no time, thank goodness it was a minor issue but they didn’t even charge me, the customer service was top tier and the fact that they were open on Saturday makes it all the better for us that work weekdays, I’m so appreciative to you guys thank you so much.

We were out of town and had a flat and I have the luck of having lock lug nuts so many tire shops were not able to remove the lug nut but this gentleman was very willing to help us out and very kind! Excellent service!!!

We've taken our vehicle here 3 times now. They are always friendly and do good work. We had our oil changed and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. They put on our new tires. Also done quickly. They did another repair. I will continue to come here. They are honest and fair.

We experienced a blow out on US-69 near I-40 on a road trip, switched out for a spare and limped into Checotah and got a good deal on 2 new tires, great service and good people here, highly recommended.

Had a blow out on my RV traveling on I40 . Stopped by to get new tires , good inventory of tires in and out in 1and half hours. Great technicians friendly service. Highly recommend for tire service.

We were on vacation and while passing through Oklahoma we had a flat tire. We were fortunate to stop at Gentry’s Tire & Lube. We explained our circumstance and they had us on our way in less than 30 minutes. They are the nicest people and if I lived anywhere in their vicinity, I wouldn’t ever buy another tire from anyone else but Gentry Tire & Lube.

I was visiting family last weekend when I had a slight emergency and needed a stripped and drilled lug nut out. It was on Saturday and chances of finding someone to have time was a small chance. Well Gentry’s did that! And had me back out on the road by 12 noon. They were very helpful and didn’t judge for amateur complications that took me to them! They knew this GiGi was stranded and they took great care of me and I will always be appreciative for all that helped with my repair as well as the beautiful young lady who calmed me over the phone. It was a great interaction from the beginning to the end.

These new owners are the best, we were traveling threw on I40 and we had a valve stem go bad. They were not open for business for actual customers yet. And they helped us get back on the road. And get us to our destination, which was Tennessee. We thank you very much. They even let my kids play in the lobby, let my service dog actually have some leg run room.

Long road trip made easy!!I stopped in spur of the moment in midst of 2 day road trip home across the country for less than 30 minutes, and the kind folks at Gentry had me back on the road quicker than I could get settled into their clean and spacious waiting area. Oil change and inspection; fast friendly service; kind to my kiddo; and even helpful with travel support. Wish I lived nearby so I could use them regularly for service and tires. Thanks again!
