I’m here visiting family and have gone here two days in a row around 3 to 4 am. Both times female staff were working.
The positive, is the store is very clean and that’s about where it stops.
If you don’t like customers (that you don’t know) coming into the store and you are unwilling to be pleasant and customer oriented, please find another job where you can be miserable by yourself. This morning both employees were outside smoking and there was also a young gentleman riding on a bicycle that was either a friend/boyfriend. After getting the items I wanted, the employee let me stand at the counter (no one else in sight) and wait till she finished whatever she was doing outside. No apology and acted as though I was an inconvenience.
I don’t have to give my money to anyone, and I definitely will not give it to a business that doesn’t act like they want it. Such a shame. I will no longer now or in the future visit here or recommend it to my family/friends who still live in town.
Do better.

Every time I get 91 gas here my cars check engine light comes on or my motorcycles runs noticeably worse… also mysteriously had to replace my cars fuel pump after I started going here.. pumps are some of the slowest pumps aswell

Quick and Convenient place to fill up on gas from the highway. Restrooms were decent but no TP in at least one of the stalls.

Great place to grab something to eat when its late. Always the best customer service. But If you want any kind of special order call it in as most of the cooks dont read extra instuctions from the online orders.

I dont usually do this but after the experience I had at this Casey's in checotah I guess the only way to get any attention on this situation is to leave a review. My family and I use Casey's literally everywhere we go and busy or not have never had such horrible customer service experience. We stopped to use the restroom and I went into the big stall which was out of toilet paper luckily my daughter was with me and gave me some. Me being the person I am thought oh they probably don't know let me go tell them real quick and I'll see if they have any pizza for the kids. I stop to tell one of the workers that there was no tp in the big stall trying to be mi dful of the workers and other customers. She proceeded to get extremely annoyed and said ya ? I know I just can't get to it. I said ok well I was just trying to make yall aware in case u didn't know. Just trying to help! Then went over to get pizza and a gentlemen behind jumped and asker the worker to pack up all the cheese pizza. I said I will need one as I have a toddler that that's all he will eat. The worker proceed to say well he asked and I said I was already here b4 him. The worker proceeded to ignore me. Then as I'm walking to the counter to check out I hear the lady employee bad mouthing me for simply explaining that they were out of tp in one of the stalls. And I interjected and said I was simply trying to help in case yall wasn't made aware. There is no reason to be rude. I then asked to speak with the manager, explained the situations and her 1st words to me were well she did try to get in there to put some in but was to packed to do so. Excusing her employees horrible behavior which was the problem not just the toilet paper being out. Then she tried to say that she was sorry. Meanwhile what they don't know is I am a Business owner myself and there are never any excuses to be made when the employees have such horrible demeanor and attitudes. And if truly that busy why not simply take 2 seconds to put a sign on the door saying there was no toilet paper. And why not idk give a discount to the fact that now my pizza is more bc I had to get one that my son wouldn't even eat. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with Casey's as I spend so much money there as it is.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no soap in the dispenser, and trash all over the floor.

Good convenience store. Has ask the things a typical convenience store has. Lots of pizza, beer.
Parking: Fair parking.
Kid-friendliness: Good for kids to get a sic quick snack.
