I'm not sure where to begin with this review. First our salesman was great (Hunter). We test drove 2 vehicles. We made our decision on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 truck. We were there from 3:00 p.m. til almost 8:00 p.m. This is where my review goes negative. On the test drive, I guess my husband didn't get it up to 55-60 mph. So, on the way home and I got to that speed- we encountered the worst death wobble ever!! The husband texted our salesman to let him know. This was on Friday (8/30/24). The next morning, we were at the dealership with the truck. We were there before any managers or salespeople were there. So, we finally get to talk to a "manager." He admitted that the truck should have not been shown until the new tires were installed. That he was sorry. At first, we wanted to cancel the deal and wanted our vehicles back. We felt like we were not told the truth, and they tried to sell a messed-up vehicle. Things did get a little heated. The manager was kinda rude with us and stated that since we "broke the curb," the truck was ours. The finance guy was even involved and was a little loud and rude. So, then they offered to put the new tires on, pay ttl, and take $1,000 off the truck. We said okay. So, they gave us a loaner and would call us when the truck was ready. They had the tires already there. So, why didn't they put the tires on when detailing the truck and knew they needed to be put on? So, we go home. We thought we would have our truck back that day. Nope! They service department closes at 2 pm, and the tire guy that was needed to put the tires on doesn't work Saturdays. Monday was Labor Day. So, of course, no work is done. Tuesday comes around. No, updates. I had to go up there. Nope, the truck is not done. Go back home. Wednesday comes, no update. So, I call this time. And asked for the GM or David Cox. I guess they are too good to talk to their clients. So, Jim, the service manager, calls me and tells me they had to order tires for the truck. Which was done on Saturday. Okay. Thursday comes, and we go up there for an update. Our salesman didn't even know tires had to be ordered. This place sucks on communication big time!!! They could have called us on Saturday and told us they had to order tires and that it would probably be the end of the week. So, Friday comes, and I get a text that the truck is ready. OMG! I noticed in the picture that the fuel lid wasn't replaced and asked for that to be done. So, we finally get to test drive the truck with new tires. Happily, it was fixed. Another negative they didn't do a good job on putting the fuel lid back on, they took off the deer whistles from the front bumper and left behind the adhesive things on the bumper, and when they took a sticker off the front windshield they took off some of the window tint. We got 2 free oil changes with the purchase, and I do not feel like using them. I would rather go pay $75-$100 to have it done at Chandler Tire! I like Hunter, but we will not be back to this dealership. Please read all the reviews and stay away from this place. They DO NOT HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND THE ONE MANAGER IS A LIAR.

My biggest complaint is that the staff doesn't communicate with each other. It resulted in a hard enquiry on our credit twice. I was denied. I understand that but I had to speak to a manager to find out that I was denied. After that the sales person texted me to tell me that there might be other options. There wasn't any other options as his manager told me so. To many games. The manager was honest which I appreciate. I won't mention the salesmans name because In my opinion that is wrong.

If I could leave no stars, I would, this was the worst car experience ever number 1 just don’t go here anywhere else is probably better they sold me a vehicle and the transmission went out not even a month into owning it and there’s no way a new 24’ vehicle transmission would go out with me driving it to an from work kept making excuses to give me my dp back and falsified documents to their Financial people just to get me approved the numbers I gave them didn’t match the lenders and they like to avoid calls and let you sit on hold until the dealership closes and waited until almost a month after to tell us that all the paperwork we gave them was expired because THEY failed to send them before they expired I could go on and on but I’d avoid this place at all cost.

I had an appointment to view and purchase a truck from them. They called the day before and the day of to verify I was coming. I assured them that I was and when they called me the day of the appointment I said I was on my way. I Drove 2 hours to get there. When I arrived they informed me that the truck had sold and asked if there was a different vehicle they could show me. I was very upset and left the dealership. Was super unprofessional and will not be going back.

Hunter was super nice and made it possible for us to get qualified for what we were looking for. I truly recommend for everyone to come see him if you are looking for a car/suv/truck he is the one to go to!

I was 75 miles away from the dealership and was told to come in and talk to the salesman so I get there and the salesman was not even there and nobody knew anything and the vehicle was already sold. The sales manager tried pulling some crap out of his backside about how the bank wouldn't have financed it anyway! Piss poor way to treat customers!
