I have been in the past few days buying some products behind the register. the past two times I've come in, the man that checked me out at the register was incrediblely rude and did not listen to what I said even though I said exactly what I wanted. today was no different, but at the end of my transaction I noticed he'd scanned TWO products (I only wanted one) so I said "oh, sorry, I only wanted the one." to which he rolled his eyes, groaned, and said "oh my god." this man has been increasingly rude and there was no reason for his response, especially when I was very polite the entire time. I will gladly speak to another manager about this behavior that is NOT him (he is a manager)and I do plan on speaking to corporate because his behavior has gotten worse over the past few days. I have worked customer service since I was 16, and I am ALWAYS polite to employees because I've been in their shoes. this experience has absolutely ruined this store for me and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. every other employee is amazing and kind, but he is absolutely rude to everyone I've seen him interact with.

Miss Bobbie at this location Helped me alot I've never been real good with math so she helped me do the math to get food and a drink with the money I had this lady has made me feel welcome and never once did she make me feel stupid for not having my mind together

Gas is always priced ~$0.40/gal higher than other stations around our area for 0% ethanol, and generally $0.70-0.80 higher than 10% at stations in Davenport, Stroud, Meeker etc.

Of all of the On Cue's I have visited, this one out shines the others by far. Even though this is a small store compared to the others, the customer service is on point. Amanda is always friendly and accommodating with a smile on her face. Bobbie, takes absolute interest in the customers she is serving. Shawna, has always been very friendly and engaged. Lisa too, always smiling and joking with the customers. All in all, this is your A-Team. This team should be the model for all of the other stores. Given the choice of places to go to, this On Cue will get my business every time. Great job Chandler!

The women are so kind. They get the stars That man with glasses at register -15, HE needs to stay on trash duty. No reason he should ever be exposed to the public. He gives this wonderful store a bad image.

Used the facilities on a road trip and noted 2 different men using the women's restroom. Typically wouldn't say anything but since suspicious activity was assumed I spoke to the younger male clerk and he disregarded my concern. Good to know not to use the facilities here(especially if you have young children) 10/10 do NOT recommend this location.

This is a hopping little place. This OnCue is different from the ones I have been to in OKC. Big selection of prepared foods such as fried chicken, chicken tenders, egg rolls, burritos, fried okra and many other things. Like I said before it is always busy in here. The store is clean including the restrooms and staff is friendly.

Very nice, clean convenience store inside and outside! Store was stocked well and refreshment area was clean! Restrooms were clean and stocked. They serve Delicious chicken and chicken tenders that are fresh, hot, and very good! The cashier was friendly, quick, and helpful! Definitely Recommend jumping off the Interstate if you need a drink, food, gas, restrooms, or anything else! Great Pit Stop!

The white male with glasses is rude and knows nothing about his job or the company he works for. He has refused to honor my digital coupons on several occasions including today. The first time I had a problem with him was because he didn't know how to use your own company app for purchases. He said that the store didn't have the option witch of course I already knew wasn't correct since I had used it earlier that day. Luckily the younger gentleman who helped me with it that same day was still there so I asked him to educate the other associate about the process. The guy obviously don't know what he's doing. He definitely needs to be supervised until he can correctly do his job. I've been in customer service for over 23 years including convenient stores. His attitude and the way he treats consumers is unacceptable or at least should be.Sincerely,concerned customer
