Ken’s was amazing. I had trouble on the turnpike an hour away from home and after stopping at 3 other shops that turned me away the guys at Kens immediately checked out my truck and within 15 minutes had found my problem. Thank you guys so much, I’m very grateful for your help and wonderful attitude and service.

Went in today after work thinking they would look at it and we'd schedule a date for the repair to my cars ac unit. However I was driving down the road blowing cold air in about an hour. Extremely respectful and affordable.Service: A/C installation & repair

I needed to have a car inspected and they were awesome. Stopped what they were doing, ran the inspection and spent time going over a few issues. Then he wouldn't take any money for his time. I wish I lived closer to Chandler - I would bring my vehicles here all the time.

If only there were TEN stars to give! Ken’s Auto would get them all. I was stranded in Chandler after my alternator went bad. A kind passer-by recommended Ken’s and one other shop. I called to set up a tow truck (AAA) and scheduled a Lyft to pick me and two kiddos up at Ken’s to drive us an hour back to Tulsa. After waiting almost three hours for the tow on a Friday afternoon, we finally made it to Ken’s. The owner was extremely personable and accommodating. We got there minutes before closing but he patiently ran a quick check of the battery and alternator and provided a clear explanation of what was going on with the vehicle. We waited an additional 30 minutes for the Lyft before I finally canceled it and called my husband to come pick us up. To allow Ken to finally end his day, we decided to walk to a local restaurant to wait on hubby to retrieve us. Ken went the extra mile and offered to drive us to a restaurant of choice and even offered suggestions. We took him up on his offer and ended up selecting The Boomerang Café (also a fabulous business). Ken’s is closed on the weekend but he called us first thing the following Monday and advised of the cost (which was reasonable and fair) and when he could have it completed. If you need your car serviced, Ken’s is the place to take it whether you live in Chandler, OK or happen to be passing through like I was.

My car started making crazy sounds yesterday, gave Kens a call and he was there to pick it up from my house and take it back to the shop! Ordered the part and had it fixed within 24 hours of it starting to mess up. I can’t say enough good things about Kens! It’s the place to go. I love our small town with the BEST local businesses!!
