“I absolutely love TORRID and I love it when they have their sales because TORRID is pretty expensive. I enjoy this star very much only thing I had a problem with was when I was charged the girl asked me if I would like to donate and I said no. and when I got my receipt, she had put a donation in anyways, so I don’t appreciate employees adding extra thing to my bill when I say no. that was the only thing that I had a problem with, but besides that I enjoyed shopping here.”

“We have had the hardest time finding a “plus sized” prom dresses for a normal sized, athletic girl! The previous day, we went to 9 stores and only found 3 dresses to try on, that she would even consider wearing. Today, we stopped in Glamour Gowns expecting maybe more of the same but it ended up being the best shopping experience we’ve ever had! The ladies were so helpful and personable. They had a good selection and even pushed our daughter to try dresses she maybe wouldn’t have considered to begin with. We ended up leaving with 2 dresses that were perfect and she got to have the prom dress shopping experience that she should have had all along! I cannot recommend them enough! (Also, don’t sleep on bridesmaid dresses for prom - you might be pleasantly surprised by what you find!)”

“I went to Cato's Owasso yesterday for the first time in many years. The beginning of April my family lost my 26 yr old son in law in the US Army. I was needing an outfit to wear to the airport when we would receive his body, one for the viewing, and one for the funeral. I was in a very sad time and not a big fan of clothes shopping anyway. I was trying on black outfits and not happy with my choices. That's when one of my angels appeared. She was a customer in the dressing room with me. She started making suggestions and then said she wanted to get the manager because the manager was a wonderful lady. She was so right!! My second angel appeared. My thoughts weren't all together but I think her name was Robin. These 2 angels brought me so many choices to try on. It wasn't far from time to close so Robin kept all the choices I hadn't tried on and told me to come at 11 the next day so she would have another worker there so she could focus on me! I walked out of there that next day with 3 (not all black) of the best outfits! They took the whole dreaded ordeal out of my hands and helped me get it done while understanding my heart was broken and I needed them. These ladies were my angels and I'll never forget them! I will be going to Cato's now for all my clothing choices. I hope these ladies know how much they did for me ♥️”

“Went into Soma for the first time yesterday to grab a pickup order. When I was waiting for the salesperson to get my order I found the *perfect* bra I was actually hoping to find in my online search hanging near the cash wrap. The salesperson was so kind and helpful, offering to cancel my pickup order so I could purchase the bra I had just found and liked so much better! I felt bad inconveniencing her, but she assured me it was no problem. I really appreciate that level of customer service!As far as the products go, it’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find an underwire-free strapless bra, but this is exactly what I was looking for!! My first purchase but certainly not my last, I will be a repeat customer from now on!”
