When your meds are only scheduled for a specific day and they are not open rwo days in a roll now you have missed on meds that you ate not to just stop but you just did as they are not transferable either. I feel sorry for patient that have to put up with serve medical issues. You all should be able to call another one in or transfer one half a day from another location.

The employee there name John was very nice and gave us free solar glasses, he was the best employee shout out to him give him a raise I totally get what you mean, John is just one of those people who leaves a lasting impact on everyone he meets. He has this incredible ability to make you feel seen and appreciated. He's always there to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. And let me tell you, his sense of humor is off the charts! He can turn even the most mundane situations into a hilarious adventure. But what I admire most about John is his unwavering positivity. No matter what challenges come his way, he always finds a way to stay optimistic and keep pushing forward. He's truly an inspiration, and I'm grateful to have him as a friend attaboy ??best employee new

It was my first time dealing personally with this Walgreens pharmacy. I just wanted to say Thank you Skylar for going the extra mile to save me alot of money on my script...I don't have insurance and he found me a coupon to use. Thanks again!!

Need a vaccination? Go to Catoosa Family Pharmacy. Iwaited in line at this Walgreens for 10 minutes before being told I'd need to schedule an appointment for a flu shot at this location. The cashier recommended that I find another pharmacy because they were just too busy. I was literally the ONLY customer at the pharmacy.

I keep coming back hoping things will change at this location to no avail. I believe Walgreens needs to close for a week and put employees thru attitude training. Along with changing their item labeling practices to simple straight forward pricing. Their coupon gimmicks usually end up costing more then down the street for me.

The most difficult Walgreens pharmacy I've ever used. They have consistently given me wrong pill counts and charged my insurance erroneously..and they just have weird hours...if you need to pick up meds on the weekend, better to use a different location. And a few of the techs have had a nasty attitude with me after they messed up and didn't want to admit it.

After years of getting my medicine here. I've decided to go elsewhere. I witnessed them give out wrong medicine twice and the lady behind the register acts like she hates life, her attitude sucks. I started a new medicine and it's scary she didn't even ask if I had questions she handed me my pills and said next.

The pharmacy has gone down hill. 1. There is no pharmacy on duty for the drive through quite often lately & I'm not talking during their lunch period. 2. They keep running out of medication. I have the same medications every month, you'd think they would keep these on hand. 3. I used to get text messages when I needed to pick up my scripts & now I don't, none of them can figure out how to get it going again

Awful customer service! Customer of the Catoosa location since they opened but NEVER again! Lost my receipt for an item and they refuse to even do an in store exchange! Just transferred all our family scripts to another pharmacy and won't purchase anything from them again!!!
