Any good mechanic is usually in high demand with a list of vehicles to repair. However, they are quick to at least look at our vehicle same or next day to determine how serious the issue and then work into their repair schedule as quickly as possible if needed. Since I have a garage, tools and some auto repair knowledge, CARC has identified the problem and if I am comfortable fixing it myself (like replacing spark plugs and wires), then they let me do that and just charge for the diagnostic work. That has saved me money when funds were tight and I really appreciate their willingness to work with people. They stand by their work and have a great reputation in the area.
