“Administration and the amount of paperwork required is garbage<but the people working there actually caring for the kids, those are irreplaceable. They would literally lay their lives down to protect the children that attend there. Everybody pitches in to help each other the kitchen staff, the teachers, to the site director and other office staff. If 10 stars were available, they'd deserve it”
