You have to have excellent credit to start an account disappointing go to a bank that wants customer's not just the cream of the crop.

RCB Bank Catoosa has always been incredible to deal with! We truly value our business relationship and couldn't imagine banking anywhere else. We use them for both banking and loans for all 5 of our companies. Richard and his team are always quick to take care of us.

Terrible Bank. Awful people. They have no concern for the inconveniences that they force on their own customers. I called management to attempt to fix my issues, but they were even worse. End result, I pulled my money and closed the account, and will never do business with this bank again. Absolute scum bags.

We sold a bunk bed. Had buyer pay with cashiers check. Turned it in to RCB. It was held and cleared with in 3 days. We paid moving company and sent bed out. # days later RCB took the money back and said it was a bad check. Now we are out $800 before Christmas with 5 kids. Thanks RCB.

Good bank but zero after hours support.
Have been stranded put of town due to security block on my own card. If happens on a weekend then account is inaccessible until Monday. No way to turn card back on without banking hours.

Supposed to be open until noon on Saturdays. But, won't answer the phones all morning. Now I must wait till Monday to use my card because there is a problem with it. And there is no kind of after hours support. 👌ðŸ¼
