“Today, my husband and I were shopping, in the store I got lightheaded and passed out/fainted .I wanted to thank each and every employee there for caring and quickly getting an ambulance out there to make sure I was ok as I am pregnant, I am fine I was just really dehydrated and I truly appreciate everyone who cared and checked in .”
“After seeing the review berating the hard of hearing employee, I had to leave my own review. There is a wonderful employee in the clothing section that is legitimately hard of hearing or partially deaf. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!”

“Went here with my friend of fourty-three years after having a nice dine in at Chili’s. Must say…makeup section was a bit…dare I say…dirty? Items were scattered from their boxes..
BUT on the bright side, we found us some nice sanrio items! Would come again, cinnamoroll lotion was to DIE FOR.”
“Decided to go to the Big Lots in Owasso after dropping my son off at work I went to the clearance aisle which I love and I was able to get two cheesecake boxes for $1.74 which I will be using for the holidays The store is spacious and the shelves are neat and majority are fully stocked I was able to find everything I needed since I'm new to the store I had to figure out where everything was but it wasn't hard to find The staff are friendly and helpful Top Big Lots I've been to”

“I've been out of State for over a year and the nearest Kohl's store was too far to drive and shop in person. I enjoy looking at and feeling the texture of the garments and hats I buy. It's good to be home in Broken Arrow, OK and just a couple of miles away from my favorite Kohl's store, where I receive excellence throughout my shopping experience.

“Associate unable to do even exchange at her register, was directed to customer service where I believe the manager assisted with transaction.
Associate stated several times she did not know how to do even exchange but did not have a person to help or train her to better help at registers.”
“I ran out of dog food which I always get at Tractor but unfortunately they had ran out of the XL bag I always get .. I was looking for a different Brand out of nowhere lady started asking me questions about the brand I always buy Honestly taught it was a Regular customer just like me .. She explained that she works there & it’s was her day off she took her time to explain what is a Good Brand to feed my Dogs I asked her if she was a manager here & she said no I said thank u SARAH for ur Help ? ”

Still a nice place to shop even with the off to school shopping rush the place still has plenty of stock available. Even better, this store becomes one of the few Nordstrom Rack stores with seating available. Well done!

“I visit this location at least five times a week but on January 10th around 8:30 pm I had by far the best experience at any Walmart ever. I honestly regret not getting this gentlemen’s name so I will do my best to describe him so that he knows never to change a thing about his personality. He was I his 20’s with very curly brown hair and glasses. He was patient, kind and you could just tell that he enjoys helping people. I really appreciated his very upbeat attitude and willingness to help. It’s very rare that you get patience from an employee when there is a mess-up at the self-check out. He truly deserves a pat on the back. I really did appreciated him. Thank you!”
“Went grocery shopping about an hour before the store closed at 11pm. Self checkout was closed & only one lane was open but the cashier was friendly and nice & they opened another lane so she wouldn't get backed up & could clock out on time.”
“Sieh was very helpful. Although this location didn't have the product I was looking for, she was polite and guided me to the location where I could find it. I will not go to the Utica square location because the girl who answers the phone is disinterested in helping customers and would rather be on her phone. Sephora, as a whole, kept my business from going elsewhere for what I needed, entirely because of Sieh. I hope I spelled her name correctly. As I understand that there are no bonuses or commissions, if she asked me for a raise, I would give it to her.”

They have the nicest employees, and unlike Kohl's where they care more about their Green-Energy-Star Program than the comfort of their shoppers, Belk actually keeps the store very comfortable (cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter). And Belk has quite a few brands that are found at Dillard's, but Belk has great sales that Dillard's lacks.”
“I always will recommend this target. All the employees are sweet and always willing to help you. Everytime I go in there the place is clean and smells fresh. I can stay in there for hours and not get bored. I will say that alot of stuff that should be near each other are spread out into other random areas but you can still fins it all pretty easily. Definitely the place to go for any and all your shopping needs!”
