Short version of the story. My dog was brought in for TPLO of his left leg. Upon pickup he had a second microchip implanted that was never asked for or even discussed. When he got home he has bruising along the interior of his right flank and abdomen, no where even close to the incision site on opposite leg. He had blood in his urine and developed a horrible wet cough by the next day. Four phone calls by us to the clinic over the next week and none were returned. We did not get to speak to Dr.Steve about what on earth happened to our dog when he was there. Our regular vet advised to finish the course of antibiotics he was prescribed and recheck when he removed his staples. Well that was today and we are now starting a third antibiotic and an expectorant. Bruising is gone as well as blood in his urine. We finally heard back today from the hospital but it was to remind us to have our dogs staples out and that he needed his other leg done now. I'm not sorry for saying this, but if our dog is returned to us with bloody urine, bruising and a cough he dang sure isn't coming back for another TPLO surgery. Not returning our calls about the condition our dog was in speaks volumes as to the type of care they provide.

My dog needed an acl repair (actually needs both fixed). So far they’ve handled everything great and seemed to really care about the well-being of my dog.

Wanted to say thank you to all the folks at Catoosa Small Animal Hospital. I had to put my dog to sleep a few weeks ago. Dr Laura and everyone there were amazing. I was crying like a baby and they were so compassionate and took great care of my dog while she was there. I even received a condolence card. I highly recommend CSAH for that and many other reasons.

My puppy had a great experience during our first time puppy exam! The receptionists, vet techs and doctors are all patient and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for all future needs!

Absolutely the best vet ever. My pup had a pretty bad tumor right above her paw. Looked like a leaking golf ball by the time we found Catoosa Small Animal Clinic. We had several vets that wouldn’t even touch her. There isn’t a lot of skin there and getting it to close up was a worry of every vet we seen. One vet recommended we put her down. I have a friend that knows a vet that knows someone there, so we brought our pup over. This was on a Thursday afternoon. By Monday aftern

Thank you Dr Laura, Dr Sarah and Dr Steve for taking care of my sick best friend! He is so much better now. The care, the updates, the detailed plans were amazing! Your clinic is a class act and the drive from St Louis was so worth it! I felt like I was in a top medical clinic the entire time. Thank you!!!

I am so thankful for this vet clinic. Bodie was with me for 14 great years. Although this last year was a very hard year for him and I ... I wouldn’t have had one more year with Bodie without them! They TRULY do care and it was felt at every visit and with every call. Great team of doctors! I am forever grateful for the care they gave Bodie and customer service they provided to me.

Nothing but good to say about them. The staff and health care providers are excellent. I’ve never had a bad experience there. My dogs have had routine check ups there, as well as surgery, and EVERY time has been a positive and reassuring experience. It being affordable makes it even better.

Catoosa Animal Hospital is AMAZING!! I brought my American Bully in to crop his ears. My end results were WONDERFUL. I called so many places around town and they were definitely the best priced. I even got a check up call from the doctor him self just to check up on my pup. I felt very taken care of here. I will definitely be recommending this animal Hospital. Healed results of my Bully’s ears attached.

Most of the staff is friendly & I really like Dr. Radley, but they need someone new to answer the phone. I’ve called twice & the person who answered the phone was rude & unwilling to help me. She told me she couldn’t answer my question (didn’t ask one) & she repeated info back to me that wasn’t even remotely close to what I had told her. She, obviously, wasn’t even listening. She told me I had to call back the next day. Never offered to take a message or have the doctor return my call. She was rude & had a bad attitude. I’m done with this place.

Catoosa Small Animal Hospital has the MOST compassionate and educated team. I willingly drive farther so my pets have the best care. Their prices are the best and I’ve never been to a vet that treats you like family and truly loves your pets. Thanks for the fantastic work, Team. You are a blessing to my life

They are so great! Super clean, so nice and later hours! We came Monday as a new patient, 30 minutes before close. The vet stayed to see us and took all the time he needed and gave so much info. They all spoiled my baby and gave him so many treats! All the staff were beyond what I could have asked for! We will be using them for our regular vetting now! Highly, highly recommend!!
