“I’ve been to a few of these zip locations in Tulsa and this one is my favorite. The machines used for car washing are always in good shape and work well. The vacuums have good suction power. “I use the touch less car wash - and usually it’s great and no issue. But sometimes it seems to have technical issues. Have had to switch bays because one the payment screen couldn’t read my car. And another time the car wash wouldn’t start after I did pay and drove forward. But other than that it’s been great. Car comes out really clean and looks good.”

Purchased a Black 2016 silverado. The paint revealed heavy swirl marks, and was almost to much for me to look at during the day, but man it looked good at night (lol). Spoke with the Owner at SOS Clean Team Mr. Anderson, after quick walk-around and making some assessments, he assured me S.O.S. could get the swirls out and pointed out some areas that would limit full improvement, due to a prior paint job from previous owner. The result was more than what I anticipated, even for the area that was going to be a challenge for the paint correction. Very satisfied, and definitely recommend!”
“Dropped of a nightmare for TNC. A 3 year old black Dual Cab Chevy Silverado. The exterior and interior were as good as new when it was finished. Great place, give them a call.”
“I’ve used your self serve manual wash bays before without complaint. Was in a hurry today and used the drive thru wash to knock a little dirt off. I bought the best wash option on the menu and was very disappointed .Thevehicle still had road film firmly attached to the car. The wheels still covered in brake dust, and found large splotches of blue dried soap all over the vehicle. I didn’t see an attendant around so I left and later went to a different car wash. I just felt like I needed to tell you about this. I’m normally not a complainer but now I’ve had to pay for 2 different car washes. Updated: The owner was very courteous and helpful and we were able to rectify the problem! 4stars”

“Came here today cause was close to where I was goin, so on the fly. As many reviews has said the manager Josh is top notch!! Front of my truck had some serious bugs and he gave me an option and get a wash subscription for $10/up front and wash twice. He wasn’t out to “make a dollar” he was upfront and gave me best cheapest option. Truck got really clean, there was still some bugs but that isn’t his fault cause it was bad to start with. I live over an hour away, but when I’m in area I’ll stop by here especially when Josh is there. Stop in and meet him for yourself then you’ll see why he has great reviews! Vacuums worked great also!”

“The self service wash is better than most in my opinion. However, my daughter likes going through the automatic wash and I was feeling lazy so that’s what we did yesterday. I only had coins and unfortunately it wouldn’t take my $1 coins and I had already selected the $12 wash so it took a lot of time. Not their fault. However the automatic car wash didn’t do much. It took maybe 2 minutes to complete. Still had bird droppings on the car. It’s close to my home so I’ll be back but probably only for the self service.”

“3/3/24 Normally I use the Tulsa Hills location but for the last 2Sundays the 71st & Memorial car wash was most convenient. Both stores have absolutely outstanding staff, but the service at this store was so substandard compared to Tulsa Hills. My car had water spots and white soap bubble residue showing up all over my black car. I appreciate the fantastic customer service, but I'll continue business at Tulsa Hills.”

“This is my "go to" spot for car washes. The automatic and self service both provide thorough washes, spot drying rinses and their vaccumes work great for a good price. The owners are very friendly and helpful and are available on site during daytime hours but you can wash or vaccume 24/7”
“I kill bugs.
Thousands over the course of a summer. My wife and I are on the road to “Somewhere” a couple of times a week. I am in this car wash at least once a week. This location is handy for me and a buck cheaper than the other car wash I occasionally use. It does a great job, but like any car wash sometimes something doesn’t work. The owner has his cell phone number on the door. I have called him many times with issues on the drive through automatic wash. He always picks up. I explain the problem and tell him I will be back in a few days after it has been fixed. He has always given me a re-wash when I come back. The owner seems to be a nice guy who really cares about the customer. Carwashes are used and abused by the public. They are a gallimaufry of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems. There are plenty of opportunities for something to go wrong. All carwashes have problems from time to time.
I’m happy with the service here. When I call with a problem it gets fixed. And, I get the wash I paid for.”
