Rarely get to watch a whole show or movie. Most would think. If you can't provide the service, offer a refund. Seems that, with the up dated system, they have bitten off more than they can chew. Can only pray it gets better.

Internet so slow or down more than up..pretty bad my phone Hotspot is faster than a direct connection..recommend looking at satellite..its alot faster.
