Favorite car wash in three counties

Captain was a 5 stars wash on my old car. But for the last 5 months, it's not cleaning the bottom 12-15 inches on my new SUV. I use the $13 wash. Last week, the manager Jalen was very helpful and ran it through again. But the bottom of both sides, and the front and rear were still dirty. So now I have to do a second wash at the diy wash bays with the foam brush to clean. I will try another touch-less.wash. I still like Captain's, but unfortunately not for my car.

I went to run my car through the $13 wash and had to wait behind 4 cars, but it wasn't a horrible wait. It did the job and I will definitely come back. I didn't use the vacuum, but am sure will next time. Touchless, brushless, and if you download the app you can purchase ahead of time (and packages).

Captain car wash is not true to its name. Nope. Being located next to my place of residence, I've been very regular here even though I don't at all like it. I mostly do their $ 7 wash, obviously it only does 75% of the job and I have to do the rest of the washing/cleaning later. I always come here with a bucket of water to do the after wash. Once out of curiosity, I wanted to try how good their top tier wash works. I paid $ 13 just to see the results so disappointing(see pics). There's new car wash just opened few feet away on E Granville Dublin Rd, I'm going to give this a try. Let me see if this does a better job.

We were in the area and wanted a quick touchless wash to tide us over until our next hand wash at home to avoid scratches and hazing, but it helps to have an easy option for in between those washes. Captain Car Wash's touchless wash did a great job, getting about 90% off the car, and the rest was easy to do at a home in just a few minutes. It is clearly a popular wash location, but the line moved through quickly and efficiently. I also thought it was a nice touch that they had some vending machines for car related items you might want or need.

Captain has one of the best touchless washes around s I actually travel from further out in Columbus often for this wash. Just be aware it can get busy many days so plan to wait a bit if going at peak times.

Love that it is brushless. Sometimes it's not perfect. But mostly works and does it's job. Wouldn't go out of my way but for it being close it is a go to. It can get busy but does the job.

Great water pressure and the water is hot. Lots of soap. And you can swipe your debit card and not have to have a sack full of quarters.

Detail guy did an amazing job. My car sat under a tree for the better part of 2 years while I was out of the country. I was embarrassed to be driving it around! But I took it to Carnegie Auto Wash and detail and it was a brand new car when I got it back.

The best car wash in central Ohio. The service is amazing and the wash was great! Highly recommend.
