We had a reservation to pick up at 10am for a 20ft truck and a trailer. They was supposed to open up at 9:30am we set there until almost 10:30 waiting on them. I then had to call the 1-800 number to U-Haul and schedule another reservation out of our way which cost me more money and takes away from the miles we are allowed without paying extra. I’m very disappointed and highly ticked off. I suggest if people want to rent a U-Haul go to a different place

Dropped off a Uhaul trailer I rented and my trcuk had a dead battery. Employee was quick to jump to help showing they hire top class people here. Don't know much about the company or storage itself but I know the employees are top notch.

$179 for 5 days of storage.....ASK ME HOW. Basically yesterday @3:05pm I called them knowing full well that I was moving etc. I asked(since this my 1st time dealing with them on a move out) what to do. Their staff member told me that once I played I would get a proration. I told her the exact move out day....there was no reason for her to be dishonest. and since we prorated going in I BELIEVED HER.
