We have been without internet for 5 days now, & getting a phone call back is like pulling teeth. If they are this behind, sounds like they need to hire more technicians.

Service is extremely unreliable. Constantly losing service . After hours hotline is a joke. They can’t assist with anything. Representatives within office , answering phone , are not helpful, rude , and act as if your an inconvenience when you call to report issues .

Always provide fast internet, any time I have an outage they are always already on it before I call. Ido recommend this internet provider.
