NEVER CALL THEM. I called them on Wednesday and was told that they would be out on Saturday. Gave him all of our information, which they already had because we've used them before. We call them on Saturday to find out that we have to redo paperwork and he didn't have OUR PHONE NUMBERS TO TELL US THAT SO HE JUST WASN'T GOING TO COME OUT!!! We are now out of propane and we have small children and animals to keep warm! Absolutely unacceptable that he didn't even care! You told us Saturday!!!! How do you just abandon someone. If you knew we had to redo our paperwork, you'd have our info. Protect your family and call someone else.

After a referral very Shockingly, very poor service. I called to ask about delivery options since I am not able to get my rv to them. No options offered even though they are the closest service to me.I called a company further away called Red River Propane. They were fabulous. They Will have a driver out today to help me. I will recommend Red River to anyone needing rv propane service.Don't waste your breath calling Blackburn.

Richard West has been our delivery man since way back when. He is always kind and courteous. Very helpful if I have a question. Richard and I go way back to our firefighting days . Y'all got a good man working for you.

They only allow customers who own their houses to go net 30 with them. I happen to rent my house so I have to go prepay per them. Never mind the fact that we've been a customer for over a year in and a half.
