Service in person is generally excellent but I am in Alaska trying to use my bank card and it has been turned off.After hours no one to csll.Wife informed teller prior to our departure that we would be out of state and using the card. It didn't seem to help.Welcome to Anchorage,homeless and broke.

Fantastic group of Ladys that work there. They r always the willing to help this old lady,trying to understand my new phone and internet. They r so sweet. Talked to Krista this morning and she walked me through it step by step by step and very patient with me not rush me and she. Did get me on the computer. Thank you All-Americans Bank. Super job!
