We were traveling out of town and needed to purchase a new phone. Although we were not on the same service provider they were able to assist. The customer service was great and the people were friendly and welcoming!

I went in with the problem with voicemail I'm unable to listen to my voicemails and it's affecting my health issues recently I had back surgery and I have pending appointments I'm a veteran so I've been referred out from the VA and at a crucial time expecting voicemail instructions from various doctor groups the agent was very helpful , patient she attempted by calling tech they were unable to solve it so I ended up leaving there still unable to use voicemail or listen to voicemail I'm supposed to check in with them in the next 72 hours to see if there able to solve the problem for meI'm not feeling very well about the time involved to solve this I'm watching the clock and it's making me nervous could be up to 3 days as I've mentioned doesn't seem right I never have been fond of tech. Retired US army Vietnam vet

Bought anew phone Friday. Went in to learn how to move my apps to the sd card. Service was good, place was clean. Just wish samsung was more consistent with their phone systems.

The lady that worked their refused to help me, thankfully the boss was there the following time and was more than accommodating, naked sure the manager is working and not the other employees if you want helped. Felt very ignored and dismissed because I had an "older phone"

Grabbed a prepaid account for the service truck to use an app called Evernote and have a local phone on the truck for better coverage. top 10 reasons I'm going to Verizon. 1) the instant the phone hits the Arkansas State line there is NO and I mean NO service...no text no call. 2) will not send pics in txt. Take a pic of a part needed txt it to another phone......after 12-15 hours of "sending" (no exaggeration) text fails. 3) 18-30 spam calls per day. 18 is the least on a Sunday. 30 is the most on a Monday with 11 calls between 10am and 11am on a Monday. 4) fake and robo texts all day every 15-20 minutes. So many you have to search through them to find an actual text. 5) they can not port your number, which is required by law. 6) if you are talking on your phone robo calls will cut your call ie disconnect you and ring through 7) employees are about as happy to see a customer as they would be to have a root canal. 8) even 'blocked" numbers ring your phone 9) if they sell you a phone that does not work they charge you $35 restocking fee 10) the phone I bought after the free phone failed for about $250 could have been bought on Amazon for $79
