We were traveling out of town and needed to purchase a new phone. Although we were not on the same service provider they were able to assist. The customer service was great and the people were friendly and welcoming!

Bought anew phone Friday. Went in to learn how to move my apps to the sd card. Service was good, place was clean. Just wish samsung was more consistent with their phone systems.

My son accidentally broke his charger in the charging port. ShaMiya was resilient and fixed the problem. We really appreciate her.
