Called to make an appointment Sunday for Monday at 9:30 am. I showed up with a ride to leave my truck. No one was there and tried calling the owner at least 20 times, waiting till 10:39 and left. The owner did call me back several hours later. I explained what had happened, and he just said ok. I can not say about the work done or pricing, but the professionalism is not good. I can not in good faith recommend this place.

Under new management but the new owner is very good. Just got a flow master installed and he did an awesome job, price very reasonable too. I’d definitely recommend.

The best Muffler place in. Mccurtain Co. We tried and tried to get in at another place, but no luck they were there just didn't want to do anything...we tried for 2 weeks....call BBow Muffler and Tire and he told us to bring it in and he'd fix it.....they close at 5 and it was already 15 til and he waited!! Very grateful for them that's what I call excellent customer service!! Ty BBM&T Very good prices also.
