I come here basically 2 to 3 times per a week to pick up my snacks or anything I might need. Employees are great always nice. It's not pack at night so that's great it's always a peaceful experience and the bathroom is always super clean that for me alone is worth 5 stars.

Broken Arrow. My first priority is to you which is why I find it my duty to tell you to check your dates on your food if you shop at this store. They do not know how or care to rotate stock. Stay safe my neighbors .

At least half of the staff were very noticably strung out. Their twitchy, frantic behaviors terrified my kids. One employee was taking neatly stacked packages and shoving them into a messy pile on a different shelf while looking as many directions as quickly as they could. Most of the young male employees refused to wear their blue vest. Every staff was rude, regardless of whether they were intoxicated.

As a Bone Cancer patient under going Radiation, My doctor called in a prescription. And they could only fill 1/2 on Wednesday, I asked if they would give me that, and I picked it up later. The clerk said the insurance wouldn't give the balance. On Thursday, I asked if I paid cash. Would I be able to pick 1/2 and get the balance later to avoid insurance she said that no because it still goes thru insurance . Insurance prices $22.00 w/o $85.00 I was so much pain For 2 nights I didn't care. The clerk got mad as if I worked for Walmart and should know how the system worked. I thought we were talking, but she was yelling, calling my name inside so everyone would know here's trouble. I can barely speak after 12 rounds of Radiation so the prescription was transferred to 81st/145th. They asked why I didn't I take what they had, and I explained they wouldn't allow me to. They have run out before, and i took what they had and got the balance later, but not time. Cancer is painful, and Radiation of the bone in the neck is awfully horrible pain. NO COMPASSION! I pray that No one in their family goes thru anything like this, God Bless Them!
Their response some STORES have their own rules and polices. APOLOGIZE!

It had a great selection, for being a smaller neighborhood market. I love how fast and efficient I was able to get my shopping done and get out of there.

i had a grocery pickup order a week ago and the associate naomi was so rude towards me the entire time and ignored me when i asked for her to hand me my eggs. she then slammed my trunk shut and basically pilled everything on top of one another. this wasn't the first time either. seems like they love keeping their rotten employees there. i'll take my business elsewhere. yes i did call and complain but even the manager drew sounded like he could care less. i used to love shopping here, but not anymore.

I used to work for Walmart and this store but not anymore. I went in on 02/02/2024, after shopping I reached the registers I realized i forgot wallet in my car, the CSM approached and I explained I left my wallet in car, CSM proceeds to instruct me to remove my hat and look at the security cameras, I said for what and refused. I went to my car, obtained my wallet and went to CSM Desk and asked for a manager, the gave me a Shift Lead(inexperience obviously) I explained what happened and she also confirmed I needed to look up at cameras. I said no, I don't have to because cctv, facial recognition isn't rampant don't need to show my gave to shop. After I discussed my displeasure being a former associate and a disabled veteran I proceeded to leave on my own, CSM Lead Support SHEWED ME LIKE A WET, DIRTY DOG!! I'M APPALLED, SHOCKED AND DISMAYED THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR BY SOMEONE SUPPOSEDLY IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY!! I will never go to this store and I'll begin looking at other places then Walmart, their getting to big of a corporation, make enough off of everyone as it is and stocks just split, they won't miss my money but if this keeps up they'll lose more. Sam Walton would roll in his grave if he knew how his store is treating folks nowadays, far cry from it was founded!! #banwalmart# no stars of possible!!!
