Take sleeping meds and arrived to pick them up today to be told they are understaffed so they just aren’t opening their pharmacy for an entire day.
So I’m supposed to work at 14 hour shift tomorrow on no sleep because you can run a store.
The manager was extremely rude to me and others basically telling us it wasn’t her problem.
When I asked for a corporate number she told me there wasn’t one.
I said I work for a corporation and there is always a number. She said I think there is something on the back of the receipt and was told I could get one from the trash.
Never been more upset.

Cheryle went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t have the product I needed however she went a step further to look up other Walgreens in our are to find the product for me. She also called the other store to make sure they actually had it. I am so thankful for Cheryle.

I will be contacting the district office and maybe a lawyer due to the female pharmacist on shift. She’s rude and hateful and called my father a drug addict because he needed his opioid prescription filled by the date on the bottle and not the date she wanted to fill it. She withheld the medication from him for two days and was extremely hateful to my mother who picked up the medication leading to my mother and father FIRED as a patient here.
Hey walgreens all of your 1 star reviews are for this lady.

Unfortunately for all of us, this is a terrible store to get your drugs refilled.
They don't remember to refill automatically. And therefore a while, they weren't even open on weekends. It would be better for you to go somewhere else.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had surgery 7 days ago. I was given a prescription for a controlled pain killer for 7 days with a 7 day refill. I called this evening to process the refill for pick up tomorrow. The tech said that the pharmacist closed the prescription with no notes - and I can't speak to the pharmacist because she is on vacation!!!! It is after 5pm so I can't have my surgeon send a new script until Monday, so I have to suffer with over the counter meds until sometime Monday. Don't mess with people meds!!!

I love the pharmacist, Krista, at this location. She has helped me several times. She is very succinct & to the point which some may misinterpret as being rude, but I appreciate. I always look for her when I need something. Thank you Krista!!

I’ve used this pharmacy for a couple years now and never once have I had an issue with them. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by all who I’ve come across at this pharmacy. I recently lost my insurance and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get my prescriptions anymore due to cost, but I have talked to two pharmacy reps on two different occasions who advised me that there are coupons online that I can present and use. I’ve also been advised that my medication is not as much $$ as I initially thought, low cost and the online coupons are extremely beneficial too. Such a lifesaver when I was worried I’d be without. Thank you!!

The pharmacist is extremely rude I believe Kristen is her name. It’s not okay to talk to people the way she does and treat people the way she does. If she’s not happy with her job then she needs to find another career because working in the medical field needs to have people who genuinely care and want to help people and you can tell by her tone and lack of caring to even try and put forth an effort in giving customers some kind of piece of mind and helping them she doesn’t. I would say maybe she’s having a bad day and give her the benefit of the doubt because we are all human but by the looks of the previous reviews she’s just rude and hateful to everyone. My advice find a different pharmacy where they will care enough to help you and talk to you with respect

The female pharmacist has a big attitude problem. I had requested online to refill my prescription from my Dr. as a week went by, I called and talked to a pharmacy tech and said that the pharmacist needs to talk to your Dr. before she can refill it. The pharmacist ended getting on the phone who was extremely rude, she stated "you can't take that much of your medication" I have been on this medication for 10+ years. She advised that "I need to talk to your Dr.". I said okay and got off the phone. A few days later I never heard anything back from her (not surprised) so I walk in to get my prescriptions that were ready for pick up, and I asked if she had talked to my Dr. about my medicine. She looked at me with hate and stated "I'm the only pharmacist here and I will talk to your Dr. when I get to it". I asked if that would be today or tomorrow? (because I'm almost out) She said "well if your Dr. doesn't change the dosage I WILL NOT REFILL IT" very hateful woman. This is over a 1 MG change. I will highly not recommend anyone to get your prescriptions filled while shes the "pharmacist" she acting like she's a Dr. when she clearly is not. Again avoid this Walgreens.

We just moved to Broken Arrow a few months ago. The pharmacy department here is great. They've been really helpful. I had an issue with a script & they found out why insurance declined it (only so many in a year's time) and then they helped me navigate another insurance that was available. It saved me a lot. They've also been kind, I appreciate that.

The female pharmacist is incredibly rude and very, very complicated to talk get your medicine from. Have your prescription(s) sent somewhere else. Save your doctor and yourself time. I won’t even by a paper towel at this Walgreens’s because of the pharmacy. Thank you.

The staff at the pharmacy is extremely rude and disrespectful. I am a covid survivor who has long term lung tissue damage. Yesterday, they gave me the wrong prescription minutes before their pharmacy closed. I had to get the antibiotics from a different Walgreens and pay full price for this medicine. Today I went and they treated me really bad as it was my fault. I ended up paying more of what the medicine costed with my insurance and they did not even apologize. I have changed pharmacy today.

The pharmacist is extremely mean and rude. They gave the wrong prescription and treated me as it was my fault. Every time they make a mistake, they blame the customer. They have a negative work environment at the pharmacy. I have changed pharmacy today.
