The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. My husband and I went I to pick his prescription and were litrally completely ignored for 15 minutes. Then the tech( little young lady with short burgundy hair) finally acknowledged our existence and was so rude. She was on the phone with another coworker and was super pleasant but when she approached us her attitude change instantly. I always use this pharmacy because it is close to my house but not anymore

Pharmacist told me she would not allow my prescription to be filled for anti-anxiety medication that has been filled 1 time in a year and was .25mg. Not because it’s illegal for a telehealth appointment with the doctor from my out of state hometown, or there could be a liability if something were to happen, but because she didn’t want to.

The pharmacy manager's discriminatory behavior towards pain patients is deeply concerning. I am not an addict, nor do I engage in early refills or pill loss, which is nearly impossible to do given the strict regulations since the rise of oxycontin in the 90s and 2000s, particularly in Oklahoma. The condescending attitude displayed by the female pharmacist was truly reprehensible, as she treated me more like a criminal than a patient. It appears she may harbor resentment for not being a licensed doctor able to prescribe controlled substances.I want to clarify that I'm not writing this out of frustration for not receiving my medication on time. Rather, I've discussed this issue with my doctor, who informed me that another patient had a similar experience with this pharmacist. Fortunately, I went to another Walgreens and had my prescription filled there, and their pharmacist was appalled by the treatment I received.Given the numerous other pharmacy options available, I strongly recommend avoiding this particular location. If this pharmacist can deny me my medication refill on time, it raises concerns about her potential abuse of power to refuse other medications like birth control or anything else that may not align with her personal beliefs.

They tell you for days your scripts are ready. Then you get in to pick them up wait 35 minutes for them to tell you they're not ready yet

Asked a worker where to find "Theraworks" cramp relief spray. He took me right to it. My sister was in agony in my car suffering a horrible hand and arm cramp.

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. This is the biggest JOKE of a pharmacy I've EVER used. They are ALWAYS either short staffed, no pharmacist on duty, constantly changing the hours of operation, NEVER have my medication in stock. It's literally always something with them. Do better walgreens!

The person at the photo area named Sarah was not only rude to me, but also to the employees. I will not go back to that Walgreens. I went to CVS and had a 5 star experience there!!

Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins before someone spoke to me. Then she tells me she just got there. Terrible customer service!!!! This Walgreens is the worst. This has happened numerous times. I get they are under staffed. But those who are there should impeccable customer service. Letting customer know that they are there. But ignoring them only causes issues!!!

It's always been a great place, and Convenient store nearby I'm growing up.
