We have been going there for 3 years. Turnover used to make it a hit or miss (often bad) experience, but things have improved - the last year has been great.
Dr Tarpalechee is amazing! As are the current support staff. They know us and our pets well and genuinely care. They're very responsive to requests and using the PetDesk app has saved a lot of time. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Village Vet Animal Clinic! The staff is incredibly kind and professional. Everyone was very synchronized and able to answer any questions I had. My dog recently had to have a major dental operation and they were upfront with everything from costs to potential complications etc..They kept me in the loop the day of and were very helpful with instructions for aftercare. Great place to take your pet. I will absolutely be using them for all future Vet needs.

Everyone at VVAC are always so nice and welcoming. I’m not one to easily trust just any vet with my precious mini-Lop Hazel. I recommend VVAC for their staff, their hours and their compassion.

I would give 0 stars if possible! They misdiagnosed my dog! They don’t care for the pets! They only want the money! They have misdiagnosed 2 dogs and cause the death of another. I tried speaking to the manager, she was rude, had an attitude, and just said “accidents happen” instead of apologizing they blamed me for their stupidity. I took 3 trips! Every time it was more meds, more tests, more visits. Every time they didn’t figure it out. I went for a second opinion and in less than an hour they found what was wrong. It was a decayed tooth with a hole in it! Don’t go there if you love and care for your pets! Village vet, do better or don’t exist!

I have been taking my older dog here for about a year and now I take my puppy too. My puppy had a bad reaction to a vaccine which caused her eyes and face to swell very quickly so I rushed her back and Dr. Manly and her team immediately took her back and began treating her and monitored her for over an hour and were so kind and reassuring and didn’t even charge me anything for the treatment. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!

Village Vet is great! They are very welcoming and inclusive. Dr. Tarpalechee was very kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this clinic, especially if you have a reptile!

I had to take my dachshund in because his back legs weren’t working and they were very nice about everything.. it ended up being something that wasn’t fixable and I had to put him down and everyone was very nice and professional about all of it and let me be with him until he was gone and let me have as much time as I needed until I was ready for him to go to sleep..
I highly recommend this place!

Have taken a Guinea pig and a gold fish here and the staff and the vet were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information. Absolutely recommended them.

If I could leave no stars I would . I should have read the reviews before we took our furry kid here . Our pup had an eye infection , meds given , taken in for a checkup .. I noticed she was breathing funny when she got home . They were closed . Took her in the next day , completely blind now . Shame on yall , if I noticed it within 15 minutes of her coming home yall should have noticed at the office .
