I have been very disappointed with my experience with Russell Cellular in Broken Arrow. The process took 8 hours in the store, I was misguided (which cost me extra money) and my screen protector was not put on properly so it cracked within a day. They are not knowledgeable and it is a struggle that you are not dealing with Verizon directly.

I purchased an iPhone 15 pro via Verizon and picked it up in store. They had it in a bag and ready for me upon my arrival. I got home only to realize the box had already been opened so I came back to the store and was told they open a lot of their phones for customers to look at. I asked for an unopened device and was told that that cannot do the swap here. Terrible inconvenience and terrible company policy to sell open box devices.

If you go here, I hope you don't get johnny, he messed up the entire process leading up to buying my phone. He never asked for my ID, so I could've been anyone. He didn't take my old phone to return it because he told me I would have to ship it myself. I tried doing this, but I never got the shipping papers, so I had to come back in. They couldn't do anything at the store since I didn't bring my ID the second time, but they told me to call Verizon's customer service where they proceeded to tell me the person who set up my phone really messed up the whole process and that I was supposed to give the store my phone. So, I come back for the third time with ID and I get sat with Johnny again who I did not want to talk to again. He again said he didn't need my ID because he "wouldn't forget a face like" mine which felt really creepy. Then I was told that again I was supposed to ship it myself and I told them I would again need the shipping papers. So it proceeds to take him 30 minutes to print out a paper. The only reason y'all are getting 2 stars is because of your other employee Kaz they were absolutely amazing and helped as much as they could.

It was always nice to come in this BA store that is just by my house, but today it was something else. I had an issue with my dad's phone and could not understand gow to fix it. Even though, she didn't have to do that, September, helped us flawlessly. She was just amazing! Thank you so much!

Becky was AMAZING! She was thorough with what I would be expecting bill wise and how to use the phone, properly. She went above her job and made me feel like a person and not just a sale. I appreciate her so much and look forward to working with her on my next upgrade soon.

Went in to move my phone over to Verizon and went through the process and find out at the very end after everything was done and signed it’s a $40 fee from the store. This was never disclosed by the employee when we started it. And you also get charged the $35 activation fee on your first bill. This all could have been done online at no charge. Avoid the store at all cost, they are dishonest at best.

You'll spend all afternoon here just waiting to even speak to an employee or to just get your bill paid! They need to hire 1-2 more employees during their peak influx hours!

Sticker Shock!! My trusty Motorola Smart Phone finally died due to over heating of the battery. It was so hot battery started smokin'! Went to my trusty Verizon store only to find it is now a Verizon Dealer not Verizon owned. Hence, bare store shelves with accessories only ... few phones. No worries, they were technically qualified to answer my nerdy phone questions and hooked me up with the latest Samsung Galaxy Smartphone to the tune of approx. $1,000 plus $35.00 transfer fee. I thought for spending over $1,000 the $35.00 transfer fee should be NO Charge. Three years later and this will be paid off thanks toVerizon and their no interest policy. Had to go back because my Son's phone got so populated with pop up ads, maleware, etc. I couldn't even shut it off. Beware those stupid game that you download. The Russell staff did a factory reset at no charge which I appreciated hence the four stars.

My last review was deleted or blocked twice now. If I could put zero stars I would. Krishaun was the employee and becky is the manager. This is a 3rd party store, not corporate. Came to this business to switch from at&t. Thought we had a good experience. Was advised there would be a $35 activation fee which we paid for. Then received another $35 activation fee on the bill. Used the watch promotion and was informed the watch bluetooth could be used to access a phone that is not on Verizon. Went into the store and the asst manager and sales representative blatantly lied about the watch. They went as far as writing on the form 3 days later that they advised me about the $10 cellular fee for the watch that is unable to be used on an AT&T phone. At least use the same pen if you are going to blatantly lie and write something on the form 3 days later to cover up your mistake. Very disappointed. Also was charged a $35 activation fee for the watch and was not informed that there would be another activation fee of $35 on the bill for the cellular data that is not being used.
