Selection is typical of Ulta, but I often find that samples are missing, or there are samples out for products that they do not have. Staff often quite rude and act put-off by requests for assistance.

Was extremely nervous going in thinking I would be judged by how I look. These were the nicest workers I've ever met they took the time to help me pick out a good bonding treatment and listened to my concerns, and budgets, not 1 but 3 different employees took their time with me and made me feel welcomed. I wanted to leave this review because it made a difference in my whole day. I'll gladly come back

This is my go to out of all area Ulta's. THE STAFF makes this place! They greet you as soon as you enter. Ask you if theirs something they can help you with and do if needed. I've been into several where I already knew what wanted and as well as browsed around, with staff non stop bugging me where I've walk out. That's why this one that's why I love this one, plus their selection is always stocked.

No one was working near the perfume section. More than 60% of fragrances were locked up with no ability to smell them. We flagged down someone to open a few cases, for us to smell. Then they left after locking them back up. We didn’t see another employee to help us. We waited for about 10 minutes, no one came to help, so we left. While i understand locking nice things for theft reasons. How do you buy perfume without smelling? Staff accordingly on a Saturday. Customer service gets 1/5 from me.

Horrible customer service by CARMA.... I love shopping at ULTA but customer service training needs to take place for Ms. CARMA! One on one coaching! On how to greet, say thank you and when a customer hands you something take it. Also, say Thank you after the interaction is done.
