They offer multiple types of payment. With the purchase of your item they can deliver and for a little bit more they will take the old appliance away and set up the new one. The man who delivered and installed my new appliance was incredibly polite. Called the day prior and set up a window of time to expect the delivery which worked out perfectly. Day of he called around 30 minutes before the delivery to notify about the delivery and took him less than 30 minutes to install and haul the old appliance. He made sure the appliance was situated how we wanted it and made sure it was leveled correctly. Excellent service, couldn't have asked for better.
