After waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance. Darren was patient with me, kind, and friendly when I called to tell him my situation. He was truthful when he said it would be about 20 minutes. Brandon arrived and was so nice and friendly. Carefully loaded my vehicle on trailer. I got to sit in a clean cab with air conditioning to the collision repair shop.

Very impressive company. They came right out and had me at the tire shop in no time!! Driver was really nice and very polite!!! Will definitely call them if I need a tow!!!

Costed me $215 to put on a spare tire. Didn’t get a tow just a swap. I don’t recommend.

I cannot thank Tuff Truck Towing enough. I decided to follow a bunch of vehicles into a high grass field last night to park at the BA graduation. Myself, as well as others got stuck in a muddy mess. I called and they showed up super fast to help. When I left the graduation hours later, I noticed he was still there helping others get out. I cannot thank them enough. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them when you need help.

Highly recommended I had a gentleman come out and got my Audi on the truck with no damage my car was locked so it couldn’t go in neutral he made the job look easy even though ik it was a bit difficult. He gave me a ride to the dealership after we dropped the car off at the repair shop I’m beyond thankful for this company and their great service I will be using them for all my towing needs !

Super nice and professional. They were able to pick my car up right away. I also thought I had misplaced my keys to my Jetta and they were more then willing to help me out and set me up with their key guy for a lower price then I was originally quoted at the dealership. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

I was stranded at a client's house after high centering my truck in the ditch. The dispatcher had someone there in 30 minutes and they worked VERY hard to make sure my car was back on the road without damage. They are amazing and I will recommend to everyone!

Clayton was good guy he got to me fast and was kind enough to give me a ride to his shop where it was warm while I found a ride home..would highly recommend this company.i met the owner Darren the next day when getting my stuff and he seems to treat his workers well as Clayton said it and he was a nice guy to me.. not real sure I'd get that same kind of service from another tow company

These guys are amazing! Morgan towing left me waiting for almost 3 hours, I called Tuff and the wonderful man called his guy Eric right then and sent him my way to get my truck and get me home. They had me loaded and on my way in less than 10 minutes and got it done cheaper than Morgan. I will definitely use Tuff if I need a tow in the future! Highly recommend! Their guy Eric was awesome and super friendly!

These folks were super responsive. Excellent service to quickly get our car off the BA after a crash in rainy weather. Our dog also approved of the very nice gentleman who delivered the car to our driveway. Highly recommend.
