Dropped off a uhaul truck that was rented. Location was closed.

This is an independent shop not an actual uhaul location. Big mistake.. Use an actual uhaul store if you want uhaul.. Nobody was there when I showed up to drop off my uhaul and trailer at 3:45 pm. After completing the virtual drop off and putting the keys in the drop box the owner showed up and as I was getting in my car to leave he came put and said that I need to seperate the trailer and park it for him. He obviously just did not want to do it. This place is a hassle and you are better off going somewhere else for pickup or drop off. There is another location down the street.

This is for a Uhaul rental. We called 2 days before, asked for a 26ft to pick up @7pm and were supposed to have 24hrs until we returned it. We were given a 20ft(so we had to do 2 trips, so more gas). Then, instead of giving us 24hrs, we had to have it back in 21hrs because another customer needed it at 4! They didn't even offer a discount. The main uhaul hub(101st &Elm) would not either, which is who we actually called and made our reservations at. Very poor customer service. Will never use again.
