Best car wash ever! ?? Tommy's Express is fast, efficient, professional, reliable, and consistent. The staff members are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Ciara is amazing and did an incredible job walking me through the different monthly plans and services offered by the car wash. Go get your monthly membership ASAP!

$15 Auto car wash worked to get bug guts and light tree sap off windshield, grill and truck. Worth the price.

Cool convenient tech, but any time you do have to interact with the staff it's miserable. Seems like they HATE having to do their job and actually interact with someone.

Got wash on Monday and went directly home and parked car. Next time out was Thursday and wife getting in on passenger side had me look. Entire right side was bad, looking like the brushes had bounced and skipped areas. Went back to Tommy's and the girl said she was the manager at that time refused to even look at the car Obviously customrr service is not a concern and I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere to one of the other local washes.

Great wash and great, friendly employees. My husband and I switched from another car wash, and have been very happy here. Clean car every time with no missed spots.

Do not use any Tommy Express car Wash. I had thousands of dollars in damages done to my vehicle. The rear bumper was torn off at the Peoria location. They will do nothing to help you. A simple $10 wash will end up costing you thousands in the body shop

Interesting...1st time...a bit confused at first. Thought I could go to any of the three entrances and use my credit card...not so..backed up and had to go to pay window to purchase car wash...however the wash was good. I paid ten dollars as I was going to a funeral and didn't have time to read all the car wash options.

I have used other washes in town this opened up basically across the street from my house it does a good job its fast and convenient the mat wash also works well
However having to purchase drying towels is a bummer so bring your own

The price is high. They don't guide you in. They charge more than others and charge for towels and wipes that most often are provided.

Best car wash in BA. Only uses soft cloth. Vacuums are great! Customer service is excellent. Appreciate how well Kendall did setting me up with my membership.

Had high hopes for this relatively new car wash. Unfortunately, it doesn’t get the back window and plate area clean at all. Plus there are zero towels or rags to dry off your car unless you PAY for them at the exit kiosk. Every place in town has towels for free and they are much more affordable than Tommy’s! Best part is the zero discount for multi vehicle unless you have 3 or more cars on the account. Better pray you don’t have a dirty interior because like the other reviews I should’ve read before I wasted my time here they have little power to clean up. Terrible vacuums!
