Long time customer and former service writer (many years ago) here. The best service technicians in Broken Arrow. All ASE Certified, and yes that really matters! Fair prices and quality that can not be BEAT! Friendly people and a comfortable lounge if you must wait or choose the free pick up/drop off service they offer.ONE thing I just learned about them however, is they do NOT do repairs… they REPLACE parts. Read that again.I found out the hard way when my daughters Mini Cooper needed to have a valve job and cylinder honed, and possibly rings replaced, but Instead of just removing the head and having a valve job done on it, or suggesting to rebuild the existing motor…their only RECOMMENDATION was a whole NEW $11,000 MOTOR! And that was the used price with 65k miles.New was $14,000.So I learned something new about my favorite family automotive repair shop. Still love you guys, just in sticker shock!I am continuing to look for an alternative solution to my import problem.

These guys are super great. Patrick has been my man up there and he's super easy to work with. I felt like I was getting an honest deal and trusted what he was saying. We will continue to use them for our future repairs.

I recently took my 2020 M340i to Team-One Automotive to get a few things done. From the start Chase was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were very accommodating with my schedule and went above and beyond to secure my business, which led to me adding an additional service item. All in all they in new plugs, coils, front lip, fender vent covers, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, quad tips for exhaust plus a 1" drop with some Dinan springs & handling kit. It came out looking great and drives awesome with the new springs. Competitive prices, great service, check them out. In a time where it's hard to find good employees. Somehow this business has acquired all of our local talent. These guys go the extra mile. They treat everyone like you're first in line.My f-150 wouldn't start. I called a bunch of reputable shops in the area and the average wait was about a week. I need my truck. Co-worker suggested Team One. Best advice I've been given in a while. They had my truck back to me in a few days. I haven't even talked about their vehicle report they send you. This shop is all I'll ever go to. Thanks gentlemen. Chase, ya need a raise!

I took my truck to Team One for a second review after getting a long list of "issues" and a really elevated estimate from another shop. Team One did a complete review of the vehicle, turns out there were things recommended by the other shop that was not needed at all. Not only did Chase and the tech. send their diagnostics results and recommendations, they sent pictures so I can see exactly what the issue was. Chase was incredible, he explain each section that needed addressing, he patiently answered ALL of my questions (even when I called back with additional ones) and kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs. Their pricing was also under what I was estimated prior. I wholeheartedly recommend Team One.

I found Team One recommended on a BMW forum and scheduled an appointment for my (new to me) 428i Convertible because the top wasn't opening/closing properly. They did a complete bumper-to-bumper inspection and provided a comprehensive list of repairs/suggestions to be performed, in addition to confirming what needed to be done to repair the hardtop. Chase kept me informed of their progress the entire time. Customer service was top notch, and I can enjoy my convertible again! I'll definitely be back!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have been doing business with Team One Auto for a few years now. And Have been very satisfied with the work and customer service. I feel they have been up front and honest with recommended services, etc. I would most definitely recommend them. Walking in to Team One is like walking into CHEERS, Everyone knows your name! Lol. I writing this to save some people a terrible experience like I had at team one auto in broken arrow. I took my car into team one auto because the car was running rough and dying periodically. After a few days they got me a full report of what needed to be fixed. They said I needed new injectors and that would get my car bank in the road. The injectors were over 500 each and I needed 6 of them. I asked if the old ones could be cleaned. They said no. I asked if they had cheaper ones. They said no. I had to use these specific ones because they were the only ones that would work with the computer in my car. Bummed out that the twist was going to cost 4500 I agreed to pay it. They seemed knowledgeable and compassionate about my situation and I believed them to be a good shop so I also asked them to add some performance parts totaling 3000. They preformed the work and I picked up my car for 7500. I didn’t even make it a mile away and my car started doing the same thing it was doing when I took it there. Do I took it back. They then told me I needed a new computer because it wasn’t working with the injectors they installed. ( remember they told me I had to have the expensive ones to work with my original computer) confused and wanting my car running I just said okay. They put a new computer in at 700.00. Went i arrived to pick up my car they told me it still wouldn’t start and run. They wanted another 2000 to further diagnose the problem. After spending 8200 I had no more money to spend on the car. And I was afraid they wouldn’t get it running even if I did. My car has been sitting in the driveway every since. What can I do. How can I hold them accountable for mis diagnosis. I have no clue what to do or what to say to them to get my car fixed. Any suggestions? If you take your car to team one auto be prepared and do your homework. I thought they were the greatest place ever until they told me to cough up another 2k just to figure out the problem or go fly a kite. On a good note they pushed my car out front and left me with a dead battery and a flat tire to go home on.Services: Exhaust

I normally don't bother with reviews but my experience with Team One Automotive is definitely worth sharing. From the time I made my first call to Team One to the time I drove away in my car, I was treated with professioalosm, respect and kindness. As I watched the employees interact with each other I knew that they were a team and cared for one another. Chase walked me through everything that was going on with my car and then we came up with a game plan to get my vehicle in tip top shape. I can't say enough about Chase. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. This young man listened to me and never made me feel rushed. I will always recommend Team One Automotive to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle. You guys are fantastic!! My first time to use Team-One. When I came in to schedule my service John Antloger gave me a personal tour of their service area. Well organized and very clean. Following that we scheduled the work I wanted done and he reviewed reviewed it for accuracy after he had it entered into the system. The work was completed exactly as requested. Update to my review: I was contacted by Chase at Team One, and went in today. I spoke with Brandon, and I will say I was happily amazed at the response from Team One, its owner, and Brandon. Team One owned their mistake (I have had few businesses actually admit when something was done incorrectly on their part) and are doing their best to make it right. I only paid for an oil change and diagnostic, and they are crediting the diagnostic fee back to my account. Brandon was apologetic, and I am assured there will be no further issues. I was offered a refund on my card, or a check, but I chose to have a credit so the NEXT time I take my car in, I have 'money in the bank'. Team One has done everything to correct the mistake, and I REALLY appreciate it. Thanks, Brandon and Team One!!!---Original review: I am normally quite pleased with my dealings with Team One. In fact, my last review was 5 stars! The folks are friendly and pleasant. However, this last visit turned out to be quite disappointing. The fan in my car quit, and I was told I needed a new fan motor and resistor, to the tune of nearly $1K. A family member who had been a mechanic offered to do it for me (as a retired teacher, $1K is a LOT--like a month's retirement check). Turns out it was NOT the fan motor, NOT the resistor--it was a basic part that should have been checked FIRST. Total cost--$50. Either someone didn't start with the obvious (and I hope it was this), or it was an easy way to make money. I was also told another, much more expensive replacement needs to be done, and prior to this I would trusted what I was told. Now, I will most definitely be having someone else look at it. Team One has been taking care of my cars for about 3 years, and they've been great, but someone blew it BIG time on this.Services: Vehicle Inspection

The only honest shop in the tulsa/ BA area for BMW cars. We dropped off our mini cooper after putting it in another shop numerous times over the past two years. Just within a couple days they gave us the most honest breakdown of all its issues. Turns out we got screwed by the other shop. They saved us and I am forever grateful to them.
